Nervousness crept up upon Kirishima as he read the script his agent had sent over. He sat on his couch in his living room, flipping through the five pages of the show he hoped to get a role in. The synopsis his agent had sent was beside him as well, as well as something even more intriguing. The show's director, and casting director had informed those who were auditioning that the characters they got would share their real names. Once Kirishima saw that, he was even more interested. He's never had a character have something even relatively close to his name. He read the script over again, as he got up to get his tripod to place his phone onto. He set his phone up, and went to find and go sit in front of a neutral background. He decided on his dining room wall, placing the tripod on the table. He set the script to the side, and started the camera.
"Hey there! I'm Ejirou Kirishima, and this is my tryout take for Boku No Hero Acadamia." He smiled. He got a little more comfortable, and then looked slightly to the left of the camera. He acted out a few of the lines of the character he liked most, but since they were currently unnamed there wasn't really anyway to mention which he was reading lines for other than Classmate 8. He really liked the the optimism the character had, and his determination. Once he had about 5 minutes of acting out the lines, and showing his range, his waved goodbye and ended the video. He took a few deep breathes, centering himself in the present moment. He looked up and grabbed his phone, editing a few parts of the video, namely the first part where he turns the camera on, and the end where he turns the camera off. He went to his laptop and airdropped the video to it from his phone. He attached it to an email to send to his agent and the casting director. He typed a few encouraging words, and words of gratitude for being considered for the part, before sending it off. He closed his laptop, and placed it to the side. His nerves came back, its cold fingers slithering up his back, sending chills through his body.
"It's okay man, it's okay." He mumbled to himself, shaking his head. He got up, walking to his kitchen and taking a mug out of the cup cupboard. He set it on the counter, opening another cupboard and stared at the many boxes of tea he had. One for every occasion he figured. He looked over them, deciding on the honey lavender, pulling out the box and opening it. He noticed he needed to buy this box again soon, seeing there were only 3 more teabags. He plucked one out and placed it in the mug, throwing the wrapper away. He poured some sugar into the mug afterwards, then filled the electric kettle with water. He placed it back on its stand, and clicked it on. He leaned against the counter, and thought about his audition tape. He really wanted to be in this project. The story sounded so cool, like something he would have loved to watch as a kid. The characters started out as 14 year olds, exempt for the two main ones. He left the kitchen to go to his bathroom to check himself in a mirror. He entered and closed the door behind him, turning on the light in his way in. He stared at himself in the mirror, looking over his hair and his stature. He could play a young teen... right? He's only 23, and he still had a little baby fat on his cheeks. Not that it wasn't slimming away each day. He sighed, exiting the bathroom and flicking off the light. He shouldn't worry about it, they had reached out to him, so they had to have wanted him. He goes back to the kitchen, and pours the newly heated water into his mug. He was sure it will be fine.

It had taken only a week for the casting director to get back to his agent about his casting.
"Alright, well I sent the email over to you. Do you want to open it on call?" His agent asked, he could hear the squeak of the woman's chair as she turned around in it.
"Uh sure, I wouldn't mind. Just be prepared for the sounds of me bawling my eyes out if I don't get in." Kirishima joked through his nerves. He heard her laugh a little, before going silent in anticipation. He grabbed his laptop and sat on his couch, setting it down on his lap. He opened it up, typing in his password and clicking on his mail. He looked at the list of emails, and found the one his agent sent was at the top. He took a deep breath, hovering his curser over the email.
