MAE SAT ALL PROPER IN THE LIVING ROOM, GENTLY MIXING HER sweet tea of the day as serenity envelopes her. there sat some pudding just beside her teapot, delicate under the light of the fireplace. a sigh escapes out of her plump lips as she sips at her drink.
she feels so blessed to be living inside a mansion far from societyㅡ even though trips are much more of a struggle due to nature's gifts. other than that, she's provided everything else she needs. how calming is it to wake up to birds singing at your window? a breeze that kissed at your skin with pure delicacy. mae loves it.
"HEY! THAT'S NOT FAIR!"
"YOU'RE SO MEAN"
alas, she knew that everything was too good to be true when handed to her on a silver platter. the ravenette doesn't bother putting her cup down, attempting to rid of the other voices inside the mansion. but of course, they only got louder which says that they're nearing to the living room.
mae peers at the entrance, seeing a saddened george with his favorite mouse toy on hand, all torn apart and stuffing practically littering the wooden floor. the cat hybrid whines as he wraps himself around the girl, "sapnap and punz are being mean again!" his ears flattening whilst burying himself into her waist.
"liar. you started it." charlie sticks his tongue out upon the ravenette looking down at george, receiving a glare from the feline. he doesn't pay mind to the brunette's aggression and picks up the plate of pudding, scooping himself a spoon and eating.
"charlie, that was mine..." mae frowns, running her fingers through george's hair to ease the tension between the two.
how was she to survive when the boys are practically at each other's throats every second. she doesn't even see herself packing for a vacation without coming back to see the mansion gone, all into rubble. it was eventful how she managed to gather this much creatures that fell inlove with her, telling a tale of it always sounds as if its out of fiction. sad to say this is the reason why she lacks friends outside in society.
