Laffey i don't know why everyone loved her maybe because of her personality and lovely apperance in the anime but i think she's the most popular in terms of the destroyers followed by nimii. But i think her old design is good to but I'm more into the new.

Bailey i can still see her being used but i think she's good too but people don't see her as good as her sister Laffey maybe because she doesn't had much skins or maybe she isn't have much popularity in the community i feel bad for bailey.

Benson personally Benson was my favorite among the Benson sisters. In my opinion she's not too good and not too bad too. She's useful on early to mid ingame. But sadly all of them except Laffey can't be obtained. (Sad)
Hobby personally she reminds me of vestal vibes. I don't see her anyone used. It's just sad that the newer ones is taking over the old ones like Enterprise she's used to be so good but when newer aircraft carriers appeared she became dead.

Kalk she's cute just like Laffey she gaves a Akashi vibes. Maybe the reason she's not been so popular is that she's been in a limited time or lack of popularity in the community.
