Avni's condition was very critical as she lost much blood. Some people living in that area saw her body covered with blood and they brought her to the hospital.

Nurse:Doctor ek emergency patient hai bohot khoon beh chuka hai aap hi kuch kar sakte hai.
Neil:Patient ki family. I mean unhe yaha kaun laya tha.
Nurse:Doc. Patient ki family ka to pata nahi but kuch gaav ke logo ne inhe admit karwaya hai.
Neil:Ok, please inform Dr. Roy mai abhi aata hu.
The nurse goes from there and Neil opened his phone to see her photo.
Neil:Avni tum na hokar bhi har pal mere saath hoti aur tumhare hone ka ehsaas hi mujhe zinda rakhta hai. Please mera saath dena taaki mai us patient ki life bacha saku.
He kissed her photo unaware that she is that patient.
He goes to the ICU but the scene in front makes his body numb. It was like he was paralyzed at the spot. The love of his life the only person whom he loved through his whole heart was lying their unconscious with many bruises on her body and her white kurti was red covered with her own blood. His legs were shaking and he quickly goes from there as he wasn't able to see her in this state,he wasn't sure that it is happening really or it's just his imagination. He always wished God to make him meet her atleast for once but never in his wildest dreams he thought that he will witness her like this. He was crying and tears were not stopping making his vision blur. He was just thinking about her but his trance was broken when he felt a hand on his shoulder. It was Rohan,Neil's childhood friend they studied together and nothing about Neil was hidden from him.
Rohan:Neil I can understand tu kaisa feel kar raha hoga usko itne dino baad is halat me dekhkar I am also shocked to see her like this pata nahi kya hua hoga but we don't have time to think all this uski condition bohot critical hai she is in ot. Hame jaldi uska operation karna hoga uske brain me injuries hai aur kahi blood loss bhi hua hai we have to save her. Aur tu kar sakta hai aaj tak kitne logo ki jaan bachayi hai tune aur ab to ye teri jaan ka sawaal hai
Neil wipes his tears understanding the situation. He prayed God to save her life otherwise make him dead also because if he can't save her then he will die.
After few hours,the operation was successful. Riya Avni's best friend cum soul sister was present there as she got to know about Avni's condition. She told everything to Neil about why Avni married Vidyut and how he treated her after marriage. It was like the rug under Neil's feet slipped hearing Riya's revelation. The guilt was killing him and he wasn't able to say anything as the words died in his throat remembering her smiling face. He insulted her feelings and left her without saying anything still she loved him so much that she suffered so much just to save his life and he wasn't able to do anything for her. He was feeling like to kill himself. He was trying hard to control himself from breaking down in front of all but his tears betrayed him. Rohan was feeling so sad to see his friend in very vulnerable state. Neil never shared his pain with anyone nor cried in front of anyone but today everything is different. Rohan tried to console him but he without saying anything went to Avni. Riya was about to stop him but Rohan signed to let him go.
Neil saw Avni lying on the bed lifelessly her angelic face which always use to glow up seeing him was pale and her body connected to many machines. Neil slowly move towards her he controls his tears and kissed her forehead.
Neil:Avni......dekho mai mai tumhara Neil aagaya hu na tumhare pass ab mai tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga......mai jaanta hu maine bohot si galtiya ki hai...tu...tum utho daato mujhe..cha..chahe to kaske thappad bhi maar do lek..lekin aisi..sa.....saza mat do plz Avni mai mar jaaunga agar tumhe kuch hua to......tum meri saari baate maanti thi na to fir uth jaao plz iske baad I promise mai kabhi kuch nhi maangunga......kuch nahi I swear but plz uth jaao .........(he was crying looking at her)

He can't live without her. He is only wishing for her safety. He wants to tell her that how much he loves he don't wants to hide his feelings now he just wants to love her and live with her.

He wants to live with her and protect her from everyone. He wants to give her so much love that she forgets every pain.

From the very first day he saw her,whenever he wished he only wished for her. After getting separated from her he forgot living he forgot himself but the only thing which made him alive was her face which he can never forget. He hid his feeling but not now. He just wants to give her all the love which she deserves but never got.................................................................
