Kiara's POV

"Mummy mummy! Wake up!" Charlotte shouted as she jumped on top of me. I sat up in bed and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes.

"Can we please go and watch daddy play the guitar with uncle Ash, uncle Mikey and uncle Calum?" she asked with a hopeful smile. I sighed but nodded. The clock on my bedside table read 9:12am so I decided that I should get up if we were going to make it to band rehearsals on time.

After getting both Charlotte and I ready, we hopped in the car and went to Ashton's house. The boys were rehearsing in the garage so we didn't need to wander through the house, we just walked through the side gate into the backyard and the garage door was open.

When Luke saw us walk in, he almost dropped his guitar in excitement and ran over to us.

"Good morning babe" he said kissing my cheek.

"Morning" I replied, too tired to start a conversation. I looked over at Charlotte who was trying to jump up in the air to reach Michael's hand to give him a high five.

"Aye um, can I talk to you after band rehearsals about something?" I asked Luke, gaining a worried and scared look from him. He simply nodded before walking back over to his guitar and the boys continued on with their practising.

After sitting and watching for almost 3 hours, I could see that Charlotte was getting bored so I decided to take her for a walk to the park. Since the park was at the end of Ashton's street, we were there in 2 seconds.

"Mummy can you push me on the swing?" Charlotte asked as we approached the swing set. I nodded my head and helped her onto the swing.

"Get ready" I laughed before pushing her lightly in the air.

"Higher mummy, higher" Charlotte squealed in excitement. I chuckled at her eagerness to go higher and put more force into my pushes.

After about 20 minutes, I got a message from Luke.

From: Lukey <3 <3 <3

Band practise just finished if you want to come back to Ashton's or I can just meet you back at home. Up to you....

I smiled widely at the text, relieved that they were done and I could leave the park now so I got Charlotte from the slide and we headed back to Ashton's house.

As we approached the front gate, Charlotte started bolting over to it, eager to see her dad. I laughed at the sight and chased after her. I thought it would be fun to play a little joke on the boys so when I walked into the garage I ran straight up to Calum and engulfed him in a big hug.

"Play along" I whispered in his ear before pulling away from the hug. He gave me a confused look but I just winked. I watched Luke carefully and as soon as he looked over at me I pretended to be all over Calum. Calum was very good at playing along and we accidently almost kissed. I think that was what made Luke realise what was going on.

Michael and Ashton could tell it was a joke but Luke thought it was serious until we all started laughing at his facial expression. I ended up laughing so hard that I was crying and doubled over on the cold stone floor. Michael and Ashton were leaning against the wall laughing their heads off and Calum was laughing/crying on the floor next to me.

Once Luke realised why we were laughing I got up and wiped the few tears that fell before walking over to him and placed a gentle kiss to his lips.

"Can we go and talk now?" I asked. Luke nodded and guided my out of the garage.

Once we were out in the backyard, I sat on the hammock and Luke sat on the deck chair opposite me.

"So, what did you want to talk about?" Luke asked, worry clearly in his voice.

"Well...you know how Jake is out now...?" I started and Luke nodded. "Well he's out and looking for me and last night I had a dream that he captured me and it just really worried me so I was wandering if we could move houses sometime this week because honestly, I feel no safety in our house what so ever and I don't want to be raising our children in a place where I constantly feel unsafe and wanted by a criminal" I explained.

"Hold up, rewind to the part where you said 'children' please" Luke stated, putting up air quotation marks for 'children'.

My eyes widened at sudden realisation of what I had just said. I was about to reply when three grown men and one little girl burst through the garage door jumping around and screaming like girls.

Both Luke and I looked over at them and laughed at their excitement.

"GUYS GUYS GUYS!!" Calum exclmaimed.

"What?" both Luke and I asked at the same time.

"Guess who just tweeted out the link to one of our covers on YouTube?!" Michael shouted.

"Who?" I asked.

"Louis Tomlinson from One Fucking Direction" the three boys shouted. Luke and I shot up and started jumping around with excitement with the rest of them.

After what felt like forever of jumping and screaming, we all settled down and I congratulated each of the boys. This is the start of something big for them.
