Just A Soulmate

With rushed steps I tried to chase him .
' Hey wait ! ' I called out . But he neither slowed down nor glanced back at me .
He continued walking , way more ahead of me now . I pushed through the crowd of people wearing business suits at the metro station , trying my best to catch him . I tried to run but it was like my legs weren't in my control . I was panting hard , at short of breath . My bare feet were scratched badly , it was hurting me to even move an inch .
But I couldn't stop , I know I have to catch that man . There's something telling me it's important for me . He's someone important . I pushed my way through the sea of people following him . He was going out of the station .

The exit out of the metro station opened in a beach . The beach was isolated . Sound of waves hitting the shore softly . The sun was setting . Cool breeze brushing away my stray hairs . And there he was , standing tall , his back facing me . My feet moved towards him on their own . Curiosity was burning in my blood with a feeling unknown to me . Taking a deep breath I put my hands on his shoulder .
' Who are you ? ' I whispered .
For a second I thought he couldn't hear what I said , but then suddenly his warm hands cupped mine , which was on his shoulder . He took a small step forward and started turning towards me -

Jeena's voice mail woke me up from my dream . This time the dream felt much more real than before . I was agitated , so close to see his face this time but again I couldn't . These dreams started a few weeks ago . It wasn't a big deal before , as I couldn't remember what happened . It felt normal . But with passing time it bacame so vivid that I remember every small details .
This same man was always there . Always wearing the same navy blue shirt and black dress pant , black hair properly done .
I always chased him but haven't got any luck till now . It is peculiar . Not giving it anymore thought I walked towards my bathroom to freshen up .

It's been almost ten months since I came to Seoul . And everything's going really great .
Hyejin and Sungho's wedding is next week and I am looking forward to it . What's more exciting is that by next week Hyejin will be almost 18 weeks pregnant . She did her ultrasound 2 weeks ago and the result of it whether it's a boy or girl will be revealed to them on their wedding day ! All of us are elated at this moment . And I'm looking forward to being an aunt myself .
Good thing she got to know about her pregnancy before the final alterations were done on her wedding dress . That's why you should never get your dress as early as one year before your special day ,
because miracles can happen in between , you know ?

' Good morning ' I greeted my favourite class . With big grins on their faces they greeted me back .
' What are we going to study today Miss Cullen ? ' Hyun asked me .
' While entering the class I heard you and James talking about the movie you saw yesterday . So let's start our discussion from there . From the movie Interstellar '

' So can anyone tell me the concept used in the movie ? ' I asked .
' Time Dilation professor ' Emma said .
' Very good dear ' I praised her .
' So time dilation is a individual section of physics . It's also one of the consequences or factors of the Theory of Relativity by Albert Einstein . Let's understand the physics behind it with an example '
With that I went on explaining the topic .
'

Have a good day guys ' I said and skipped to my office .

Knock knock ! .
Someone knocked on my office door .
' Come in ' and in came Young-Jae .
' Hey Jae , what's up ? ' I smiled at him .
' Nothing much , my boyfriend and I are going to grab a drink tonight , a few  colleagues are coming too . I was wondering if you wanna join us ? ' He asked , making himself comfortable .
' Sure Jae ! ' I replied .
' Okay then I'll text you the time and location . Have class now . Gotta go , Bye ! '
Young-Jae said before leaving my office .

I haven't met Jae's boyfriend till now . But how fondly he talks about his boyfriend , I can tell they are deeply in love . Though they are not soulmates . Game of fate !
But it makes me happy knowing that people are willing to move on and find love . Jae told me that his boyfriend found his soulmate in high school . But the spark between them died down and eventually they decided to part their ways . They ended the relationship in a good way and moved on . Both of them gradually found someone they love and settled down .
Jae and his boyfriend may be a little mismatched , not so perfect but still very beautiful .

Love is not perfect , neither are the lovers . It's a messed up thing and has many flaws . But these flaws are what makes love so beautiful .

And sometimes people fell out of love , and it's not an unusual thing . It's normal and it's totally okay . And it's always best to end that relationship . You can't force someone to love you back nor can you force yourself to love someone .
The relationship turns toxic if don't .

One of my friends broke up with his girlfriend of two years . they were going strong so the sudden break up was a shock to us . When I asked him the reason , he very calmly said that they eventually fell out of love and things were turning toxic . They didn't want to turn bitter towards each other , so they ended the relationship in a good end . They still are friends with each other .
