Chapter 10

I woke up at8:30.I did my morning routine. I got dressed into yoga pants and a marino and I took out a bottled water and started jogging up the street.While jogging I took out my phone and saw  notification

From:Unknown
To:Linda

I see you

Then I suddenly realize that I just passes Devontay's house.I heard  his voice,"Wait up!".I stopped to see him in a black T-shirt and a plaid pants. We both started jogging.

Me:Why you came so early!?
Him:I couldn't sleep
Me:anyways,I have a challenge... Last person to reach the river,Their Mom's a whore!!
Him:OK......go!!!

We ran off to our journeys. Minutes later,I sprinted in front of him until I ran past an alley.Seconds after,I never saw Devontay. So I continued sprinting as if I am Shelly-ann Fraser Pryce.Then finally...F**k,I see Devontay

Me:Hey that's cheating!!
Him:There weren't any rules mentioned!!
Me:What ever!!..you got away this time
Him:You hear that!?Shh
Me:Hear what!?

I listened and heard talking through the bushes.Devontay went to take a closer look and saw snouts.Pigs!!Three pigs jumped out of the bushes.They actually talked!!

Pig 1:Come swim with us
Pig 2:Don't be shy let's be friends till the end!
Pig 3: Oh dear no one will know

Swiftly Devontay grabbed my hands and whispered to me..

Him:did you hear the story of the mystery pigs in the river or the white headed black girl!?
Me:No,Why?!
Him:These stories.. Um I'll tell you later....RUN!!!

We took off seeing those pigs running running after us through bushes. I was so scared I had to look to see where those pigs have gone.I saw them stopping at a cotton tree.I realize they were Duppies. I never saw those things again.I almost lost my life!!!. I stopped by Devontay's house and saw Kason in his underwear*disgusting * .

Kason smiled at me and I gave him dead looks.He's a bastard.He looked at me then winked and walked in a room I have been into 3 days ago, Devontay's room.I walked outside and saw Devontay talking to a lady,its his mom.He introduced me to her and he grabbed my hands and dragged me in the house.

He took me to the kitchen and I saw a familiar lady who I have known for a long time, Auntie Lisa! She isn't my aunt,I just call her that.I shouted her name...

Me:Auntie Lisa!
Lisa:Hey Liddy,What's up!,want a soda?
Me:Thanks,Grandma sent me to this community
Lisa: So where's your daddy!?
Me:Um....home...*he doesn't own one*
Lisa:OK enjoy your holiday
Me: Thnx!

Now Devontay's cousin called me,Kason.He is wearing clothes this time.I don't really want to go to him.So here goes nothing.I went to the living room and saw him sitting in a leather couch...

Me:What!!?
Him:Um ..I want to tell you that i like you...Yuh kl wid dat!?
Me:OK.so let's be bf's and gf's.
Him:So you done with my cousin
Me:Um...yeah.Let's do some magic, you are my assistant
Him:OK
Me:You want to see a magic trick!?
Him:yeah
Me:Poof, You are now single.We ain't together.

That knocked his socks off. During that scenery, Devontay was there.I stood there laughing and he couldn't help but laugh.Kason stood there upset.Devontay grabbed my hand,"let's go! "

Devontay walked with me to my cousin's place to eat breakfast. I saw my cousins,a girl,two boys and a woman.

Samaya came by and told me their names.They were Sue,Tommy,Kashoun and Ras.They seem like nice people.
