{Mikki's POV}
I got a text from Dylan asking me if Lyna had her phone. Then he told me I needed to go over right then. How could I leave Celyna right now, especially for Dylan.
{Celyna's POV}
Mikki started acting weird. She wasn't really talking much and when she did she looked away and stuttered.
"I um...I need to run a quick errand" she quietly and shyly said.
"ok I'll go with you, I'll drive." I volunteered.
"No, no. I'll be back soon. Cassie is here if you need anyone" she said awkwardly walking out of the room like she didn't want to go. Like she wanted me to stop her.
{Mikki's POV}
"Hey Cass I'll be right back. You should stay with Lyna while I'm gone" I told Cassie as I grabbed my keys and opened the front door. She nodded and headed upstairs. I got into my car and headed to Dylan's house. When I pulled into the driveway Dylan was already standing there waiting for me. He ran up to my car and as I opened the door to step out he grabbed my arm and practically drug me into his house and up into his room. He closed his door, locked it and ran over to his phone. Honestly I was getting freaked out.
"Dylan, what is going on?!" I said raising my voice.
"Look, look at this." he said handing me his phone that was open to a text message from...Lyna! She hasn't texted him since before he cheated with Cassie.
"Dylan what is th......OH MY GOD!" I shouted the last part after I had read the message. Dylie? That used to be Cassie's nickname for Dylan in grade school!
"Dylan what is this? Who sent you this?" I asked already knowing the answer but not ready to accept it.
"Mikki.....Cassie sent it" He said softly knowing I was about to lose it. That's when I completely broke down. I started crying my eyes out. I collapsed but Dylan caught me and hugged me so tight I could barely breathe. But I didn't care. I just stood there in his arms crying and crying. I felt so safe with Dylan. Like everything was going to be ok. He is the best friend anyone could ask for. I'd be lost without him. I just couldn't believe that my lifelong bestfriend would do this...especially to Lyna. Dylan was telling the truth the whole time and we accused him of lying.
"Dylan.....I'm so...sorr..." I said between stiffs as he cut me off.
"I know" he softly said. I let go of Dylan and just looked at him and gave him a small smile and he gave me one as he wiped my tears away. That's when I remembered that I left Celyna home alone...with Cassie!!!
"Oh my God we need to go...now!!" I yelled grabbing my bag and opening the door. Dylan and I rushed out of the house, jumped into my car and drove to Celyna's.
{skipping the car ride}
{Dylan's POV}
I had to explain everything to Celyna even though I'd be lucky if she even looked at me. We pulled up into her driveway and Mikki and I nearly fell on our faces we ran so fast to the front door. Mikki fumbled with her keys and unlocked the door.
"LYNA!!!" Mikki yelled at the top of her lungs.
"Up here!!" Celyna yelled back.
"Thank God she's ok!" Mikki said relieved as she ran up the stairs. Celyna and Cassie were sitting on Celyna's bed watching TV. They were eating ice cream and laughing at the show.
"Should I confront Cassie in from of Lyna or bring her out here. I don't want to upset Lyna." Mikki asked looking at them through the slightly opened door.
"I'd do it in front of her because then she will wonder what's going on and she deserves to know" I said looking as well.
"okay but you stay out here for a minute, I don't want to overwhelm her." Mikki said starting to push open the door. I was moving out of Lyna's sight but I guess I was too slow.
"What the HELL...what is HE doing here?!" Lyna yelled as she slowly got off the bed.
"Lyna it's ok we..." Mikki started before Celyna cut her off.
"So, this is your "important errand" huh?" Lyna said putting important errand in air quotes.
"Lyna!!! Sit down and shut up! I brought him for a reason! You know if it wasn't important I wouldn't have!" Mikki yelled over Lyna. Lyna sat down as she was told and was quiet. She crossed her arms and raised her eyebrows as if telling Mikki to go ahead.
"Mikki....Dylan and I....." Mikki stumbled with her words trying not to cry.
"Oh my god!" Celyna said
"No! we're not dating!" I said, surprised that Celyna would even think that. I love her. No one else.
"Ok then what is it?" Lyna asked sounding a little more relived.
"Cassie, do you want to tell her or should I?"
"Wha...what are you talking about?" Cassie said nervously and getting very red in the face.
{Celyna's POV}
Mikki brought Dylan to my house! I was furious at first but then I calmed down. Mikki started talking and I thought she and Dylan were dating. Dylan cut in and made it clear that they were definitely not. Then that's when it got weird. They asked Cassie if she wanted to tell me or if they should. What could Cassie have done?
{Cassie's POV}
Mikki knows. And soon, so will Lyna...
