Arthur and Sirius had Bill, Charlie, Percy, the twins, and then Hadrian. However, when Dumbledore found out about this, he sent Molly Peverell to do whatever she could to get Arthur and Sirius to forget about each other and their kids. In order to succeed, Molly obliviated Arthur, Sirius, the twins, Charlie, Percy, and William. Once this was done, she then put a very strong glamour on all six boys. Harry being included.
