I walk into my house with George and Mia in tow. I feel sort of embarrassed that
the house looks so empty but what can you do? Nobody is ever home.

The hospital warned us that they had to contact my relatives to finish the
paperwork in my file that I couldn't answer. I almost burst out laughing. My brothers
have to go to the hospital without having any idea why.

To make it easy on them, I had the hospital call the school to get my information
and my brothers just have to deliver it.
There like little messengers today. How
adorable.

I lead George and Mia into the kitchen because they insisted to do some grocery
shopping and stock the house with actual food instead of cobwebs.

Jokes on them, I will not eat it. At least it will actually be here longer than 2 months.

Mia walks over to the cupboard's, me walking over to the bar, and George
following Mia like a lost puppy with the grocery bags. Mia opens the cupboards, with me watching quite intently for a reaction.

There wasn't one. She just grabbed the bags from George and put the snacks in the cupboards.

This isn't as interesting as I hoped. Maybe the fridge will be more interesting. I
still can't figure out what that awful funk is that is claiming the fridge though.

I feel sort of bad honestly. If I didn't trip over my tiny feet we wouldn't be in this
situation; them using their own hard-earned money on food for me. At least they got me
grapes! I love grapes. Everything else is too much. I love them, but they don't need to buy me things. To them this is nothing, to me this is everything.

I start getting off the stool but get stopped by George. "You stay there. Can't have
you going back to the hospital because you tried helping," he nods to my casted grey
clothed shoulder arm thing. I don't honestly know what they have been calling it, but it keeps my arm nice and warm.

I sigh and slide back into my seat.

I continue watching Mia and George clean the kitchen, now understanding why they bought so much cleaning equipment. If I knew that was for me, I would have grabbed it straight from the cart and put it back on the shelf where it belongs. I feel so guilty.

I lay my head down on the counter and sigh. My stomach grumbles from the lack
of food I have had. The doctors at the hospital were concerned by my weight so they put food through my IV to my stomach while I was a sleep. When I was awake however, it was absolutely disgusting to watch.

A bowl of something lands in my line of eyesight. It was a tiny little green bowl
with flowers on it. I look at it confused. I swear to the living lords.....

"No, we didn't buy it, it was in the cupboard next to the sink. I washed it to make sure nothing nasty made it their home." Mia said giving me a wink.

I sit upright, in many ways relieved.
I grab the bowl with both hands and pull it towards me with great care. This was
one of Grandma's bowls. Just the thought makes me tear up. I push all thoughts of that out of mind and focus on what is inside the bowl.

It's just a bowl of grapes, but this
simple act of kindness means everything to me. Man, I am an emotional train wreak
today.

To avoid any more conversation, I grab a grape and throw it in my mouth. I
hold back a moan as I go for another. This is probably the best grape I have ever eaten in my life. The grapes at school are ok, but this is just amazing.

I continue eating my grapes as Mia and George make use of the kitchen. By that I
mean cleaning, I would never let them cook a meal after all they have done.

George walks over to the fridge. My interest perks up instantly. They haven't even gone by the fridge since they have been here. He opens it without truly thinking about what could be behind that door. Rookie mistake right there.

He closes the door as quickly as he
had opened it. I have to stifle in a laugh at the horrified look on George's face. He looks like he had smelled the most horrific funk in his life.

Mia walks over towards George confused on why he looks the way he does. Mia
stops shortly with a gasp and covers her nose.

"George!" she yells in astonishment. I
couldn't hold it anymore and burst out laughing. "It isn't me!" he yells in utter disbelief.

This is so much better than TV. I get a live viewing of this comedy, and it's right in my
kitchen!

I am laughing so hard that Mia ends up joining me just by my reaction, meanwhile
George looks completely lost. In the end he joined in with us goof balls.
