Y/n POV
I opened my eyes at the ray of sunshine that bothered my sight and groaned looking around remembering I was still in the game "right teyvat" I hopped from the bed taking a shower drying myself the usual and went down noticing diluc was already awake as I went to the dining table and sat down close to him "good morning Diluc" I smiled and he looked up offering a small smile "good morning sleep well?" He asked as I nodded immediately saying the bed felt super good and soft as he chuckled "alright today is your first day as Lisa assistant I'll be dropping you off at the knights of favonius headquarters and go to the tavern since I have business to attend to" diluc explained as I rested a hand on his shoulder "thank you and don't worry I may have lost my memory but I can protect myself..you've seen how much ass I can kick" I joked and he sighed giving up already knowing my stubborn ass as I giggle and ate breakfast "after work do you wanna get something to eat outside the mansion?" Diluc asked and I nodded "sure you can choose whatever you see fit"

At the gate of the knights headquarters

Y/n and diluc walked in the headquarters to be greeted by a couple of knights including amber as she lead them to Jean office and of course keaya is there "y/n great now that you're here you can start Working with Lisa also if you don't mind keaya is gonna help" Jean explained as y/n smiled and diluc was about to speak but was cut off "sure oh and I almost forgot diluc said he'd help me on my first day" y/n blurted out and diluc nodded as Jean smiled "of course the more the merrier amber do you wish to join them?" Jean noticed amber and of course amber jumped and said yes as all of them went to the library of favonius to be greeted by a sleeping Lisa and a note "hey cutie just wanted to let you know I'm taking a beauty rest and I left the itinerary on the back so start whenever" Y/n read the note and looked at them and divided the work y/n and diluc kept close to each other while keaya was SPYING on them and amber was being as carefree as she is "y/n y/n look look!" Amber went to y/n "can I borrow this book? After we finish of course" y/n smiled and went to the desk taking out a borrowing journal Lisa kept as he wrote amber name and the book name "there so both of us won't forget!" Y/n smiled and diluc watching smiling to himself as y/n went down trying to put a book on the shelf but couldn't cuz you know small people suffer diluc noticed and chuckled "don't you dare mister" y/n threatened as diluc took the book placing it up the shelf "you're always welcome" he leaned on the shelf and y/n smiled hitting the shelf with his elbow as the book diluc put up fell down and y/n caught it "wrong row" y/n pointed at the highest shelf and diluc slid his arms under y/n lifting him up so he can put the book up and diluc looked up before putting y/n down "thanks diluc!" Y/n smiled brightly and diluc patted his head as he went to the other side...

Y/n POV
After a while we finished everything mostly me diluc and amber keaya was stalking me which for some reason I got used to....not really "So it's our time to get food right?" I said with so much hope in my voice as we walk outside and everything was closed "I'm sorry it appears everything has closed for today" diluc said and I looked down as I smile looking up at the sky noticing the beautiful stars "honestly....I don't mind just feasting on this view" I said while gazing above...back home was different from here I was living with a roommate and I left my family after finishing college...they didn't accept me back home but here I feel lot safer and happier even for just one day...I felt diluc hand in mine as I look at him and smiled "let's go home shall we?" Diluc said while walking away from the headquarters....maybe it's time...

Back at Diluc mansion
Y/n POV
I asked diluc to stay after dinner so I can tell him the truth about my origin...."so you remembered something?" He asked as you shock your head "more like...never forgot" Diluc eyes widened at my words and I could feel my body trembling "I am not from this world I'm actually from another dimension I think I was asleep in my home and after that I woke up where bennet found me..I wanted to tell you all but I was so scared and you guys might think I'm crazy but you started being nice and kind toward me I didn't want to leave you in the dark I I-" I started to ramble not noticing tears running down my cheeks...I felt a hand on my cheek wiping away my tears..a gentle warm smile in front of my face...Feeling big arms wrapped around me....hearing nothing but sweet comforting words in my ears...I could only fall asleep on this person shoulder...probably not knowing what I'm gonna do next....
No one POV
Y/n had fallen asleep on diluc embrace...the red head male felt bad for the pressure he and the others put on y/n shoulders he then proceeded to take y/n to the spare bedroom before going to his room rest..."at least he's honest" Diluc whispered before falling asleep...

Y/n POV
I woke up immediately looking around to find myself in my bedroom as I hop down from the bed and going down to find diluc drinking coffee and reading something about his winery...Diluc looked at me and smiled "good morning...you sleep well?" He asked as I immediately went to him and hugged him tightly "thank you so much for yesterday and I'm so so so so so sorry for holding back the truth" I blurted out and Diluc just laughed pulling me in his lap telling the maid to bring me breakfast while I was blushing madly "it's alright you already had too much on your plate and it's probably my fault too I'm sorry" I shock my head at his apology and smiled "never apologize for that! You've done so much to me in little time and I appreciate it....I appreciate you and if I'm gonna be honest I feel happier here rather than back home!" Diluc eyes widened at my statement "why? Was it horrible?" He asked as I felt him rub my sides for comfort "yes and no...my life was normal yes and most of my family didn't accept my way of life as they said and I just left not wanting to deal with them at all....I felt at ease after I left you know? They're toxic af" my word seemed to affect Diluc but he understood where I come from and the feelings I had towards my family....."I see....well so far everyone accepted you here and I'm certain that they like you already" Diluc said with a gentle smile as I blushed deep red and hugged him tightly "I really really am grateful thank you" I whispered and smiled super bright and pulled away hopping down from his lap and putting both my hands behind me leaning forward "well I better change and take a shower....walk me to work?" I asked and he nodded continuing his breakfast in peace and I walked upstairs bursting with energy putting my clothes on "it's not like back home but....I'll manage" I grin and walked down to face Diluc with a soft smile.....
