Namesake: Lady Nō (: 濃姫, : Nōhime, Nohime), also known as Kichō (帰蝶), was the legal wife of Oda Nobunaga, a major daimyo during the Sengoku Period of Japanese History. Her proper name was Kichō, but since she came from , she is most commonly referred to as Nōhime. She was renowned for her beauty and cleverness.

The Oiran is a humanoid Stand resembling a traditional Japanese woman wearing white kimono. Although it has a mouthless face with two yellow glowing eyes and has has some kind of scar in each eye running diagonally. It has white hair in a half up-half down bun on top.
The Oiran had manifested during Kichou's young age thinking of it as a guardian spirit who protects her. It manifests on it's own will when Kichou feels lonely or anxious and plays *koto to calm her down. I also manifests well during battles but instead of bringing koto, it brings it's samurai sword which can inflict harm against enemies.
