taehyung woke up feeling werid. he felt an irritation in his throat when he woke up, and felt his nose feel a little bit dry when he tried to inhale. he felt his forehead it was a little warm but not so warm that he thought he was burning up. he felt the other side of the bed only to find it empty it was 6:00 in the morning and the sunlight was barely coming up.

taehyung stepped out of bed taking a quick shower to start the day. he kept coughing and sniffing, and to say it was irritating him. he got out of the shower putting his clothes and on and dried his hair before heading to the kitchen. he looked for some medicine that could help with his throat and nose.

he heard the front door open seeing jungkook put some groceries down and take of his coat to put it on the nearby rack he has.

"hey baby."
"where the hell were you?? it's six twenty five"
"there were early sales for banana milk had to scoop some up."
"at five am?"
"just like i said, early sales." jungkook shrugged before picking up the grocery bags before putting them on the table

taehyung sighed, smiling at jungkooks behavior when another coughing fit came out of nowhere as he searched through the cabinets drinking some dayquil to help with his throat.

"you okay?" jungkook asked and he put the groceries away while still keeping his eyes on taehyung. "yea just woke up with a sore throat and a runny nose." he grabbed a tissue blowing into it harshly as he looked for some tylenol.

"do you feel like you have a fever?" jungkook asked quirking his eyebrow.
"no not really but i'm pretty sure it's nothing."
he swallowed the tylenol and went to take out some water just to make sure it stayed inside his body.

jungkook put the left over groceries bags into a cabinet before walking over to taehyung. walking over to him he took the water bottle from taehyung and settled it down on the counter. he cupped his cheeks putting both of their foreheads together.

"what are you doing?" taehyung chuckled.
"just checking if you have a fever."
"gukk i told you-"
"i know, i know, i still just wanna check."

"you feel the same just a little warm." jungkook smiled at taehyung. "wanna me to heat you up some soup?"
taehyung grinned and nodded his head. "yea i would like that."
"okay." he kissed taehyungs cheek before getting the leftover soup they made out of the fridge.
