When she opened the door she fell to her knees at the sight of her mother. Her mom was still screaming but Lindsay knew she could do nothing because she was so burnt. So Lindsay shut the door to stop the screaming and sat their and cried. She soon realized that her father wasn't in the garage with her mother so she went down to the basement to see if he was in his office where he spent his nights working. When she go down their he wasn't their. So she went upstairs to her parents room and he wasn't their either so this made her question if it was her dad who had done this. Her last place to check was the back shed. She walked over to it very nervously and opened the door and her father was sitting their with a box of matches and gasoline. She hesitantly asked him what he was doing and he jumped up and tried to grab Lindsay but she ran. He chased her down to the front yard and tried to reach her again but she slipped through his fingers and kept going. She sprinted into the street and went in front of a car and stopped it. Thankfully it was a police officer. Her dad was now arrested and she was parentless.
