I didn't know what to expect. What the hell was that thing? Pop Goes the Weasel was still playing, even when 6 AM hit, so I was confused. Me and Mike walked down the hallway. We were getting closer to the source. It was coming from around the corner. I quickly poked my phone around the corner and took a picture. I pulled it back in and saw the impossible. The thing. Staring into the camera. It was a photo! What was this? Then, I got a text from an unknown number. "It's Me." It said. Mike looked at the phone. "Why are you getting texts from Fazbear Entertainment?" He whispered to me. "That's Fazbear Entertainment?"
"Yup."
"Well, that's odd."
I showed him the picture.
"What is that thing?" He asked.
Then I got another text.
"If you let go of the phone, somebody dies.
If you hang up the phone, somebody dies.
If you pick up the phone, somebody dies.
Just let it ring. Thanks for your
co-operation, Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt."
"What the-" I started. Then it called me.
From Fazbear Entertainment. My ringtone played, louder than ever. The source of the Pop Goes The Weasel got closer.
"Run!" I screamed. I stuck it in my pocket and sprinted toward the right vent in the office, but as I turned, I slipped on the floor and hit my hip off of the corner of the desk, probably bruising it. Though even worse, it hit my phone, destroying it. It stopped ringing. I got to my feet standing with Mike in the office, sweat beading on my forehead. The security tablet turned on and displayed no cameras, but words. "What did I tell you?" It said. Seconds later, it switched screens. "The rules were very clear." It changed again.
"Rules cannot be broken without punishment." My heartbeat picked up.
"5." It switched again. "4." Oh no. "3." Why was it counting down? "2." What's going to happen? "1." I closed my eyes and waited a second. I looked back at the screen. It changed to say the following, "Lights out!" Then the screen turned off, the lights started to dim, the fan spun out and I knew what was happening. The guy we called lied. The place can run out of power, cause that's what was happening.
