In The Closet. [READER × KIM NAMJOON]

_9_ Perfume

I woke up early.
I didn't want to be late today.
Because today I have to win.

I wore my lucky white cardigan which I bought in last winter sale with Taehyung. He had the same one too. Took my college blazer and tied up my hair. Then I thought it's better to keep them open so I untied them again .

I got to college and attended first two lectures. We were going to the host University for the quiz after 12.
I ate my lunch with Jisoo. She helped me being calm. I was already being nervous. Taehyung wished me goodluck and they both said I'll win.
Well, I had the best team and the best mentor so I will win for sure.

And that's what exactly happened.

Last question was tricky but thanks to Namjoon's nagging I remembered the answer. It was the same question he asked me days ago and I said wrong so he corrected me where I was wrong. That's why I remember the correct answer.
And we really won!!

I was so happy after we all finished our last round. I looked at the scoreboard and we were just 2 points ahead of the other team.
The moment our host announced us as the winner we all smiled so hard and in the front section Namjoon cheered for us. He looked so happy. Despite being sick he came to cheer us today. We all opposed the idea of him coming this way while he was sick but he said he's okay and he can't miss clicking the photo of our winning smiles with trophy.  He looked okay still I wanted him to rest but on the same time I wanted him to watch me, that keeping me on team was good. I proved myself and that was more than enough reason for me to be happy.

After stage moments me Kookie and BaekhyunSunbae moved to playground and lost it and we started jumping like rabbits.

"We won!!!!!" I couldn't decide who was the most happy.

Sunbae circled me out of happiness and I hugged him too.

"Thankyou for coming back on team Y/N, this won't be possible without you"

"Don't say like that. We are a team and we did this together" i said back

"Nooonnaaaaa, Sunbbbaaeepartyyyyyyy!!!" Kookie was the most happy I guess.

"Did you all forgot me" said an amused looking Namjoon.

"No. Absolutely not. We were able to come here because of you sir. I'm deeply thankful" Sunbae said to him.

"You all did great. Thanks to you all now I can brag in college" Namjoon smirked. He patted both the boys on shoulder and ruffled my hair. It made me so happy.

By next day everyone knew that news and they were congratulating me constantly.
Taehyung and Jisoo were so adorably clingy after that. They never stopped hugging me and showering me with love as they were more than happy to recieve a treat from my side.

Namjoon totally recovered by 2 days so he asked us to have a little victory party. We all agreed.

So I walked down the street to the venue I was told after talking bus. The building was tall. I remember this restaurant was famous for its Italian cuisine.
I pressed for the top floor and then exited the elevator.
I looked around and found the table after Kookie waved to me, they all were waiting for me.

✨Namjoon's POV✨

"There she is" Baekhyun said pointing to my back.

Jungkook stood and and waved and turned back to see. She looked absolutely gorgeous.
I saw her in the morning already in the same clothes but I can't help always staring at her like a moth looks at fire, surprised by its warmth and light.
The only difference was her hair. She kept it down. I smiled at the thought that she could have done that cuz I told her, during the quiz too. But offcourse there's no way that's true.
