Right after the two of them rode all the rides the amusement park could offer—though Kenma was so scared when riding the ferris wheel—Tetsuro then took Kenma's hand and led him to the lone stone bench in front of a hotdog stall.
When they were seated, Kenma tried to withdraw his hand. But Kuroo held on to it. After a few minutes, he brought it to his lips.
"What are you doing?" he whispered.
"Kissing your hand."
"Why? There are people around Kuroo."
"Because I like to." He kissed it again. "Because I think you're very thoughtful and sweet. And because you're so lovely despite being quiet but unbelievably blunt and honest, it makes me want to love you and cherish you. And those people around us, you don't have to worry about 'em. They're bound to forget what they just saw anyway."
He kissed his palm this time, his fingertips, then up to his wrist.
If a gentle, harmless kiss like this could make his heart race and his mouth dry, a passionate yet deep kiss from Kuroo will be enough to make him drool.
Heart beating fast, taking a leap. With the thoughts he had, Kenma wondered, what would Kuroo make him feel beyond all the kisses they shared?
