Chapter 3: The Night

"So is Fitzphie official?" Biana asked with a huge smile on her face

"Wel-" Sophie began but Fitz cut her off

"Yes we are," Fitz finished for her.

Biana squealed so loud it almost damaged everyone's ear drums.

"Oh my gosh! Finally!" She said still so excited.

"Hey Fitz. Can I talk to you for a sec outside?" Sophie asked. 

"Sure," Fitz said.

"So what did you want to say?" Fitz asked.

"It's just... you said we are official," Sophie said.

"We are aren't we? And believe me if I didn't make this clear, I really like you Sophie. I really do." He said.

"I like you too Fitz," Sophie said.

Then she found herself leaning toward him and gently pushing her lips again his. And he kissed back. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders and he put his arms around her waist pinning her to the wall. When they heard footsteps they quickly broke the kiss and ran back inside.

"What?" Linh asked.

"We heard footsteps," Sophie said.

"It's just footsteps. It's no big deal," Tam said. Fitz shot him a glance that seemed to tell him everything because he nodded. Then Della knocked on the door.

"Come in," Biana said.

Della came in with a tray of pieces of Mallowmelt enough for all of them.

"I just came in to bring some snacks," Della said setting the tray down and everyone got a piece.

"Is that all?" Biana asked desperate for her mother to leave.

"Yes, I will be checking in you guys once in a while. Lights out in an hour" Della said, heading for the door.

"Okay thanks mom," Biana said.

"Of course," Della said and left.

"Okay," Biana said "now let's finish it's keefe's turn now."

"Okay Keefe. Truth or dare." Sophie said already knowing keefe would choose dare.

"Dare," he said.

"Okay I dare you too dye your hair dark red," Sophie said.

" No anything but that," Keefe said 

"Sorry but it's a dare," Sophie said a smirk forming on her face.

"Fineeee," Keefe said already going in the bathroom. When he came out he had such dark red hair. He sat on the ground and everyone started giggling.

"It's not that funny," Keefe said crossing his arms around his chest.

"Have you seen yourself?" Tam said still laughing.

"Have you seen yourself?" Keefe asked.

" I did and I look great," Tam said.

Keefe started laughing. 

"Yeah keep telling yourself that," Keefe said.

"ANYWAYS, let's play a different game. Like kiss, marry, kill. Me first," Biana said.

"Okay Biana. Kiss marry kill tam keefe and dex," Sophie said.

"Okay kiss dex marry tam and kill keefe," Biana said. 

"Okay my turn," Sophie said.

"Sophie, kiss marry kill dex fitz keefe," Linh said.

"Okay kiss dex marry fitz and kill keefe," Sophie said.

They keep playing more rounds and Della says "Lights out kids"  and everyone got changed into their pajamas and everyone got to have their own bedrooms. (Since everglen is so big)

SOPHIE'S POV

I got into the all too familiar guest bedroom and got settled under the covers. I was finally  acknowledging the fact that 'Fitz Vacker was my boyfriend'. I smiled at the thought and after a couple hours of tossing and turning I checked in with Fitz hoping he wasn't asleep.

(Sophie underline, Fitz bold) 

Fitz?

Sophie?

Your still awake?

Yeah. I couldn't sleep

I couldn't sleep either. Could I maybe sleep with you?

Sure.

I servered our connection and tip toed to Fitz's bedroom and the door was already open and I went inside and went to the bed and lay next to him.

" Hey Soph," He said.

" Hi Fitz. Thanks for letting me sleep here," Sophie said.

"Of course," Fitz said.

I snuggled in his chest and slowly but surely started to sleep. Fitz rested his head on mine and he kissed the top of my head and said "I love you Sophie."

"I love you too," I said and then went fast asleep.
