The final trial

Everyone entered the trial site, one of them had murdered Simon Grace, the ultimate affluent prodigy. But who?

Monokuma: "now, to clarify something about the motive I mentioned, not all of it was true, if the spotless win, everyone but the blackened will be brought back, and everyone will have the memories of here but it'll be fuzzy to everyone except the survivors, if the blackened wins, only they can escape, and the rest of you will die."

Donatello: "so one of us killed? For nothing, none of our friends would be brought back?"

Monokuma: "I only did it to hurry a murder along."

Marley: "going over the case, Simon was dead in the broom closest, the cause of death was a bowling ball landing on his head. An odd sound was heard before we found him dead however."

Donatello: "so it had to be someone in the bowling room right?"

Scarlett: "yeah, which means anyone not in that room at the time is clear of suspicion."

Samson: "only three weren't in the bowling room. Those being Scarlett, Donatello, and Morgan, I doubt Simon committed suicide."

Donatello: "so, our suspects are Samson, Justin, and Marley."

Scarlett: "Samson didn't do it, I refuse to believe that."

Samson: "it'd be best if you did doubt me, there's no way you'll find the truth, besides, it was from a bowling ball, which can only be found in the bowling room, on the second floor, there's a long pipe that goes from that room into the broom closet, wrong place wrong time is what lead to Simons death."

Donatello: "he's got a point, just because we care, doesn't mean we shouldn't suspect them, just because we refuse to believe something."

Scarlett: "no, I refuse to not believe in my friends this time! I will believe in them, I know Samson didn't do it!"

Marley: "so, we should all present our arguments to why we aren't the culprit."

Justin: "yeah, Samson, you go first."

Samson: "I was the first one that heard the sound, I bolted out of there immediately."

Marley: "yeah, I went second out of there. It isn't smart to be alone in this place, probably why Simon died, he was all alone."

Justin: "I ran out third."

Marley: "wasn't there some drag back....there....."

Justin nods.

Marley: "I...don't like...what I'm hearing...."

Samson: "what is it?"

Marley: "that, Justin. Is the only one that was capable of killing Simon...think about it, Samson and I bolted out immediately...Justin lagged behind a bit."

Donatello: "no, please this can't be."

Morgan: 'what, no, no, no. Please god no.'

Scarlett: "no way, please say the information isn't accurate, I don't want to loose a good friend, please just have simons death be a suicide."

Samson: "no fucking way!"

Justin: "Marley, I'll let you take the act stuff from here."

Marley freezes a bit, but nods and, gets ready to say the act.

Act 1
The killer didn't originally intend to murder, none of us did, that is, until Monokuma gave us all the motive, that everyone would be brought back and we could escape.

Act 2
Unbeknownst to me and Samson, the killers plan would be in motion when he invited us to play bowling. Samson heard a weird sound coming from downstairs, an audio cue set up by the killer, who used his talent to help.

Act 3
Samson and I both rushed down the stairs, looking back, this was our last chance to actually stop the murder from happening.

Act 4
The killers plan was all going in motion, they lagged behind us for a bit, the reason was the long pipe, they shoved a bowling ball down it and it rolled down. The pipe connected from the bowling room to the broom closet, where Simon just happened to be.

Act 5
Simon likely triggered the sound when he walked in, and was looking for the sound, that is, until the bowling ball hit him square in the face. When we arrived, his face was covered in blood.

Marley: "that's the truth we don't want to believe in, isn't it Justin Andres, the ultimate mechanic."

Justin: "yep, that's how It happened. I made the audio cue motion activated. Simon just happened to be the one that got killed, could've been anyone."

Marley: "why Justin?"

Justin: "the truth is, you guys, are my best friends ever, and, I would risk myself for any of you. You guys, the entire class, are my only friends, growing up, I didn't have many friends besides Rei and Joseph, but they died immediately, but, you guys accepted me for who I am, heh, not even my parents cared, if I didn't graduate hopes peak academy, I would be kicked out of the house, I had nothing to loose, so, I did all this, for you guys."

Everyone starts crying after they vote Justin the blackened.

Monokuma: "correct Justin Andres, the ultimate mechanic, is the blackened."

Samson: "damnit I, I wish we were wrong."

Marley: "Monokuma, take me instead, please."

Justin: "Marley, you're the first one I ever fell in love with, and, I want you to live, please, do it for me."

Marley hugs Justin crying.

Justin: "live on, for me, otherwise, I might just come and haunt you guys as a ghost..."

Donatello: "I'll, never forget you man..." he salutes Justin.

Samson and Marley give Justin a big hug.

Justin: "you two, thanks for being my best friends despite the short time we truly bonded."

Samson: "I'll never forget you bro."

Marley: "Justin, I, I."

Justin listens to Marley.

Marley kisses Justin(on the lips).

Justin: "guys, thank you for being at my side."

Monokuma: "it's punishment time!"

Justin: "just make sure you let my friends out after this, a deal is a deal."

A chain wraps around Justin's neck as it drags him across a long corridor. Eventually he is brought to some robots that chase him. Justin stands his ground, and his friends all watch from behind him telling him to run, but Justin doesn't, and lets the robots rip right into him.

Everyone breaks down crying.

Marley: "DAMNIT!"

Monokuma: "to keep my word now, everyone but Justin will be brought back, only you 5 will remember him, none of the others will, only you 5 will remember what happened, the others won't."
