Salem:

"Agatha slow down," you called after her, nearly tripping over your cloak in the dark forest.
"To little to late sweetheart," she mocked condescendingly.
You tripped over a root and hurdled to the ground only to be caught the last moment in her arms.
"Thanks," you whispered blushing.
"Anytime angle." She said, her glistening blue eyes making you dizzy.
"Is this really the best time for a magic lesson?" You asked, eyeing the forests surrounding you. Agatha may have been a powerful witch but that didn't mean you weren't still weary of whatever else might be lurking in these woods.
"Positive." She replied. "Unless of course, your too frightened."
"What? No, no way." You snorted, determined not to seem week around the more powerful witch.

Although you weren't much younger than her, Agatha always seemed to have this maturity of you, an authoritative quality that made you seek her approval and squirm when you disappointed her. And so, when she'd noticed you falling behind compared to the others in the coven and offered to tutor you, you'd excepted the offer without a hitch.

"Just focus your breathing," she whispered from behind. "Be in tune with nature." Her words crept down your spine as she brushed past you.
"It's hard." You mumbled, "not all of us are Evanora Harkness's daughter, you know."
"Hmm, trust me your lucky." She mused.
"Your mother is quiet scary." You admitted. She laughed quietly.
"Just try to relax doll, the magic will come much easier when your calm."

Letting out a deep sigh of exhaustion you planted your feet firm on the ground, shaking your limbs as if to rid you of all your negative energy.
After a few minutes of silence you groaned in annoyance.
"I'm sorry Ags but I can't do it." You slumped on the side of a tree trunk in defeat. "I didn't want to disappoint you but I'm just not as good as you or the other witches, my magic doesn't come so easily to me!"
"Y/N listen to me," she said, grasping your hands, "you could never be a disappointment," she assured you.
"But I am." You sighed, "your just to nice to admit it."
Agatha chuckled lowly, "honey, I'm many things, but nice isn't necessarily one of them."
"We'll your nice to me." You sighed, gazing into her eyes.
She smiled and brushed the hair out of your face, your skin soaking in the moonlight.
"You look beautiful like this, you know,"
Your head fluttered but you decided to play it cool.
"Frustrated and helpless?" You asked.
"We'll I was going to say with those bright eyes looking at me but sure, your pretty any day."
"You really think so?"
"I do."

At that moment you were pretty sure it was dream, one you'd surely wake up from at any moment but then Agatha gasped.
"Y/N look!"
You started down at your hand which now glowed a mellow blue, almost mimicking the hue of the moon.
"My magic," you gasped, "Agatha it's working."
"Quick, try something." She ushered.
"Umm okay," you muttered a quick incantation which she'd taught you early that day, beaming when it worked. The forest filed with magical candles, which lit up and glowed blue.
Agatha smiled, entwining her fingers in yours, she looked picturesque in the blue lighting, like an angle for heaven.

"I did it." You muttered.
"You certainly did," she chuckled.
The two of you stared into each others eyes for a moment longer before she pressed a kiss to your lips.  All the air felt as though it had left your chest, but it was quickly replaced by something warm and comforting. Passion vibrating inside you as Agatha entwined you in a strong embrace. Your back was pushed against the nearest tree as you made out in the darkness. Pulling away, her face was dimly lit by the blue candles, her soft skin glowing. You realized at that moment that you loved her, and she loved you back.
"That was one hell of a lesson." You breathed shakily.
Agatha just smirked back at you with knowing eyes. "Oh that's just the beginning dear...there's so much more I can teach you."
