Shoko and Katsuki rushed into the hospital after getting a call from a nurse saying Katsumi is still alive so they rushed to the hospital to see her. Shoko kept running until she found the room Katsumi was in and pushed the door opened and to see Katsumi laying on the bed asleep hooked up to oxygen, IV and fluids, and a heart monitor.
Shoko: *walks over to Katsumi and holds her hand crying* I'm sorry Katsumi it's all my fault I should have stopped her and broke up with her immediately
Katsumi: *tries holding shoko's hand back and opens her eyes slowly* w-where am I
Shoko: *smiles* you are in the hospital Katsumi, I am so glad your okay
Katsumi: *smiles*Don't worry about me I am just a terrible person who deserved it
Shoko: *shakes head* No you didn't deserve this, you deserve to be with the girl of your dreams
Katsumi: *shakes head* No it's ok, you made yourself clear theirs other girls out there for me so I am no longer gonna be a Hero I will just get in the way of your and Izumi's relationship
Shoko: *shakes head* that's not true Katsumi you never get in the way, you deserve to be a Hero more than anything
Katsumi: *smiles and watches Shoko walk to the door* Hey where are you going your leaving already
Shoko: *smiles* No I will be right back I promise I will I have to go tell someone something then I will be right back do you need anything
Katsumi: *nods* Apple juice please
Shoko: *nods and walks out of the room* ok now to find Izumi and talk to her
Izumi: *walks over to Shoko and taps her on the shoulder* Hey Shoko I didn't know you would be here
Shoko: *nods* Yeah, hey can I talk to you
Izumi: *nods* sure thing Shoko you can tell me anything you want and it won't upset me
Shoko: *takes a deep breath and exhales* Izumi I think it would be best if we break up, me and you dating only made Katsumi stay away from us so we have to break up
Izumi: *chuckles* I understand Shoko I promise in fact I was gonna tell you the same thing, I hope we can still be friends *holds out her hand*
Shoko: *smiles* thank you so much for understanding Izumi and I would love to be friends *shakes izumi's hand then stops*
Izuku: ok I'm gonna go ask my Dad if he is going to the school dance tomorrow I will see you later
Shoko watches as Izumi goes to look for her Dad. Shoko then gets Katsumi an apple juice and walks back into the room. And sets the apple juice in front of Katsumi.
Shoko: *smiling* just like I promised I would get you an apple juice and I would be back
Katsumi: *nods* yeah you sure did but why are you being so nice to me after everything I said
Shoko: *smiles* I'm not good with words but can I show you
Katsumi: *nods* sure thing but how would you show me why your being nice it's ma- *she is cut off by Shoko kissing her*
Shoko: *separates from the kiss* did that answer your question
Katsumi: *holds shoko's right hand* it sure the hell did and I really feel like kissing you again
Shoko: *leans closer and kisses Katsumi again*
Katsumi: *keeps kissing shoko not aware Camie is in the room*
Camie: *smiling* awwwww that's totes cute I knew my big girl would get a girlfriend on her birthday and Feist Day of UA
Katsumi: *blushing* m-m-mom what are you doing in here why didn't you knock
Camie: *chuckles* well I didn't want to interrupt your make out session so I didn't knock plus I was dying from cuteness overload
Katsumi: *hides her face in shoko's chest*
Camie: *smiles and takes a picture* I can't wait to show your Dad this picture he is gonna tors love it
Katsumi: *shaking head* please mom no Dad will kill me please don't
Shoko: *smiles* Katsumi calm down it's ok your Dad is practically cool with us being together I was talking to him
Katsumi: *nods* ok if you say so I will believe you
Katsumi goes to hug Shoko but everything starts disappearing. Once everything has disappeared we can see Katsumi fully awake not dreaming. She starts crying not only because she's in the hospital but because her dream of shoko kissing her and becoming her girlfriend was all fake.
