AVATAR Part 1 Pandora

TWO MEN. Matching suits. Their features unremarkable and

blandly threatening in the way of FBI agents and auditors.

AGENT 1

Are you Jake Sully?

"Is that you JakeSully?" Mo'at asks. Jake looks at the screen and looks down remembering his past life but then hears Mo'at shakes his head and says, "Umm yeah before I went to pandora." The avengers think one thing 'Any type of government is bad news.'

JAKE

Step off. You're ruinin' my good mood.

AGENT 2

It's about your brother.

"You had a brother?" Tsu'tey asks with his head tilted. Jake looks at him and says, "Yeah actually he was the one supposed to be the one to go to pandora." Tsu'tey then asks, "Then how come he didn't go, and you did, and he was trained, and you weren't?" Jake looks down not wanting to answer that and says, "I'm pretty sure you'll find out." Tommy looks confused. Mantis can feel the pain of Jake and it brings tears to her eyes.

CUT TO:

INT. MUNICIPAL CREMATORIUM - NIGHT

DOWN-ANGLE on a large rectangular cardboard box. HANDS ENTER

FRAME, pulling open the top to reveal a DEAD MAN'S FACE. He

looks EXACTLY like a clean-shaven version of Jake. His

IDENTICAL TWIN -- TOMMY.

"He died." Neytiri said in realization. Jake shakes his head and says, "He was killed." Staring forward with an emotionless stare. The people then start feeling pity towards the outsider and Grace felt bad for what she said to him when they first met. Tommy puts his small hand on Jake's small frame trying to comfort Jake, he smiles a little glad knowing he can see him during all of this.

JAKE (V.O.)

The strong prey on the weak. A guy with

a knife took all Tommy would ever be, for

the paper in his wallet.

"So, some motherfucker went to Tommy and shot him for some damn money." Trudy says shifting bringing one leg up to her chest while shaking her head. "Why ain't I surprised."

Nat, Yelena, Gamora, and Nebula all agree on one thing she is now part of the strongest girls on earth.

WIDER, showing Jake and the two agents in a high tech

CREMATORIUM -- a row of stainless-steel furnaces. Jake

stares down at his own face.

JAKE (V.O.)

The Suits' concern was touching.

AGENT 1

Your brother represented a significant

investment. We'd like to talk to you

about taking over his contract.
