Yin POV

I woke up to the sharp screech of my twin. Something was obviously wrong. I set the damp cloth on the bedside table and attempted to get out of bed, feeling extremely dizzy upon standing, I took a step forward and my legs gave out. I collapsed onto my knees and used my arms to prop myself up against the table.
"Yang's in trouble, come on legs, we have to save him. I just hope that my dream was wrong." I spoke to myself, but a sudden twinge in my stomach told me that it was probably right.
As I felt the twinge I heard the dream again, and any feeling of sickness or dizziness was washed away as one thought an one thought only crossed my mind, YANG.
I propelled myself out the 2nd floor window, landing on the ground with a small thud. Smelling the air it was obvious, my brother's sweet vanilla and honey scent was mixed with an unfamiliar one, one of sulfur and rotting wood.
I ran along the wooded mountain path that connected to the back deck. It was about 1/2 mile and 4 minutes before I found the clearing where we used to play as kids, I gasped loudly as I saw a small ball of quivering pale flesh at the far end of the clearing.
I raced toward Yang, my dream from the night before playing over and over, my brother's unconscious body lay right where the angel stood.
His shredded clothes lay close to him as I leaned down to carefully pick him up, running back to the house at full speed.
It took me but 2 minutes to be at the front door, kicking it open, I knew dad was going to chew me out, but at that moment, all I cared about was the wellbeing of my twin.
I walked upstairs and laid him softly onto the bed and then dialed the pack doctor, Sereph Bane, who's been the packs doctor for the last 128 years. That's the funny thing about medical wolves, they fit into a category of their own, they can live much longer than any other wolf because they are asexual and don't have to use the power of their inner wolf to find a mate, which leaves that energy to add to their lifespan.
