#Chapter 13 The fate made us apart...

Cayden POV.

I took her to the hospital. I couldn't see her in this condition even though she lied to me but I still had feelings for her. After some time her eyes fluttered open as she examined the room. She saw me holding her hand. She was about to speak But she closed her mouth. I understood and gave her water.

I knew she couldn't speak because her throat was dry. She drank a sip. And kept the water on the counter. She tried to sit I helped her. She sat resting her back on the pillow on the headrest. She gave me a soft smile.

''Cayden I'm so sorry I owe you an explanation.'' She suggested. I shook my head.

''Hey, it's ok you should have some rest. I don't need any explanation, I know it is one whole misunderstanding.'' I explained.

Aurora POV

The next morning. I got up. My stomach was not paining but my head was paining so much.

I got discharged from the hospital yesterday, Now I am in my dorm room. I got out of bed and opened the curtains.

I blinked a few times adjusting my eyesight for the sudden light which entered the room.

I saw the painkillers and water on the countertop. How sweet of Cayden. I took the painkiller and put it in my mouth and then I gulped a sip of water. I went to the bathroom and saw my reflection in the mirror.

The painkiller had already kicked in and the pain started to go. I stared at the girl who was staring at me. She was pale after not eating anything in 2 days.

She had a bandage around her head. The bang which I remembered was so painful but now I don't feel it. I will take revenge on Cleo.

I brushed my teeth while plotting revenge.

I had a nice bath. However, today is Sunday so no school.

I came out of the bathroom and started drying my hair with a hairdryer. My phone started to ring. I saw the caller ID and it was Cayden.

I received it

''Hello,'' I told.

''Hi, Are you healed??'' He asked.

''Yes, I'm perfectly fine,'' I replied.

''I was thinking since you are healed... may I take you on a date?'' He asked.

The question caught me off, guard. The truth is I never went on a real date. The date I went was all related to the mission and work.

''Umm... maybe... I mean I think so.'' I stuttered.

''So I will take that as yes. Bye, Rory. Be ready at 8.''

''Ok, bye'' I said and ended the call.

I can't believe I am going on a date with Cayden!

One hour was left. I quickly went to my closet and searched for a cute dress and the dress did not contain black. Because my half of the closet is filled with black clothes. I chose to go with red.
