Why?
I am asking myself the same thing. Bakit ko nga ba binigay sa kanya ang kaldereta? Hindi nga ako ang huling nakakuha non eh.
I know how much she wanted kaldereta. Like, simula bata kami she would always crave that with lots of chili..
I wonder if all the chili she ate when she was young made her the hottie she is now?
Kumain na lang ako sa office ko. I'll just clean later.
Paubos ko na ang pagkain. Nang may kumatok sa pinto.
"Come in"
I wiped my lips and sit straight.
"Hello uhm Dr. Cassius"
Oh its her. Reverie.
"Hi Dr. Reverie" I said in a civil way. Hindi man ako maging cold sa kanya but I kind off emit that energy.
Halos alam ng lahat na cold ako na tao.
"Uhm, I just wanna say thank you for giving me your Caldereta. It was yummy anyway, did you enjoy your sinigang?"
She has her hands fisted. She nervous. She always does this before.
"Oh, It's okay. Masyado narin madami akong nakain na spicy foods this past few days. Nagtatae na ako. And I heard manang said you liked it. So binigay ko nalang. Also I was craving for something sour and you have sinigang so I thought why not exchange"
She laughed.
"Do you mind if we have like coffee my treat? Its okay if you decline."
I looked at my watch still has few more minutes. I could also grab a coffee just to be fueled so I said
"I wouldn't mind. Let's get coffee"
She smiled and walked. Itinabi ko na din ang pinagkainan ko sa sink. Ako na lang maghuhugas mamaya bago ko ibalik.
Lalabas na sana ako ng mag ring ang cellphone ko.
REVERIE
I was so nervous and I felt like throwing up. Hay nako. I just felt like I have to say thank you.
I invited him to have some coffee. I walked out the door and waited for him when I heard a phone rang.
Akala ko akin kaya naman, tiningnan ko pero wala naman. Then, I heard him speak.
"Yes, I'm Cassius Villareal mam. How may I help you?"
He went silent and he looks worried. Tungkol saan ba yan?
"Okay, I'll be right there tell her to wait for me"
He ended the call quickly and grab his stuff and walked out the door. He looked back and said,
"Revy, I'm sorry but this is an important call. I have to attend to it"
"No problem" I smiled and he walked away.
Tungkol naman kaya saan ang tawag na yon? He looks very worried.

It has been hours.
Okay,
Himhintay ko sya. It's unlikely of him to just dump work because of something. Ganon talaga sya simula bata pa kami. Ni hindi nga sya mag bar para mag enjoy or kahit party man lang.
He just always say "STUDY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BAR OR PARTY"
Buti nalang pumapayag sya na sumama sa mga party kapag birthday ko or nya or pag may special occasions.
