"Leahhhhhh!" Megan whined. "You look fine, let's go! I want to meet Luke and Jai!" I rolled my eyes at my best friend. Only a few people know Jai and I used to be close, and I didn't really bother telling anyone, it wasn't their business.

"Fine, Megan. I'm ready!" I grabbed my phone and looked in the mirror one last time, adjusting my crop top lower so it met the waistline of my ripped skinny jeans and laced up my converse. We walked out of the door and we drove to where the boys were performing.

----- 4 hours pass -----

I stood alone in the back as the event was drawing to a close. The Janoskians had finished and another group was doing something I didn't want to see, nor did I care about. I stood back up from leaning against the wall, looking at my texts to try and find Megan.

"Yo!" I heard someone say, and then I felt my head bump into someone's chest. "I am so sor-" I started to apologize before a finger was pressed to my lips. My eyes grew wide as I realized who it was. "No worries. Jai." He held out his hand. I smirked, gently shaking it with my finger tips. "Leah." I let go of his hand, and turned to walk away. "H-hey!" He grabbed my arm.

"You look really familiar.." He was thinking, but still hadn't let go of my arm. I was thinking that maybe he remembered, but he just shook his head and flashed a smile. "Sorry, I'm tired."

I laughed, shaking my arm from his grip. "Hey, maybe you can help. I'm looking for my friend Megan...she's my ride home...though she tends to go home with someone after things like this..." Jai just chuckled and nodded. "C'mon, I'll help ya." He linked arms with me, with the excuse that I could get lost.

"Megan!" I left Jai and found her, and he followed me. She was snogging some guy. "You think you could find a ride home Leah...? I'm so sorry!" She turned her head from the guy for a moment. I sighed, turning to Jai. "She always does this, sorry to bother you."

"Nah it's fine Leah. If you want, I can give you a ride home." I nodded. Maybe he'd remember me if he saw my house, so I'm not gonna pass this up.

"If that's okay." He nodded, grabbing my hand. I blushed a little. I guess he's really forward...

He showed me to his car, opening the door for me. "Such a gentleman." I giggled, climbing in. "But of course." He started the car, turning on the radio. He was about to change Hunter Hayes but I threw my hand over the dial. "No!" I said, making him laugh pretty hard.

"I'm serious! Change this and I'll hate you forever!" I playfully punched his arm. After a few moments of silence, Jai spoke up.

"You honestly like 'I Want Crazy'?" I nodded. I hummed along with the melody while I fixed my hair and makeup in the flip-down mirror.

----- Jai's POV -----

Alright. I had a great night and now I'm driving a cute girl home...it's a pretty good night.

I looked over at Leah, grinning as she hummed along to that stupid love song or whatever, to see her fixing her hair and makeup. I placed my hand on hers.

"Leah. You look fine." I didn't want to freak her out by saying something like "don't fix anything you're absolutely beautiful!" So I just went with fine. I could see her blush even in the darkness, which made me smile.

I can't place it but I swear to God I know her...

----- Leah's POV -----

He just said I looked fine...I blushed. He could've meant like, normal, not pretty... My thoughts were interrupted by Jai. "You know, I'm really comfortable around you...it's weird..." I looked over at him.

"Maybe I remind you of someone..?" He nodded. "Yeah, but I can't place you.."
