Today is a special day! You and your papa are going to the mall to pick up a few things, and maybe even get a treat!
You wake up early, excited to start your day and hastily shake your papa on the shoulders while nearly jumping on top of him.
"Papa! Papa!" Izuku stirs awake after hearing you call out to him. "Papa Zuku!"
"Hmm? Ah, good morning baby." Izuku says while rubbing his eyes. "Someone's an excited little one today."
He smiles knowing fully well why you're nearly jumping out of your skin, having promised to take you out the night before.
"Mhm! Mes an papa gon go shoppin!" You giggle loudly causing your papa to chuckle.
"That's right baby, we're gonna go shopping!" Izuku pulls you down and onto his chest, holding you in a hug. You wiggle and attempt to squirm out of his embrace, but fail as he tightens his hug.
"Papaaaa!!" You whine, not wanting to waste anytime. "C'monnnn we gots ta goo!"
Izuku chuckles as he plants a gentle kiss on the top of your head.
"Alright then, lets get you up and dressed." He sits to the side of the bed and watches as you run towards the closet. You pull at the door in an attempt to open it, but are unsuccessful until Izuku helps by turning the knob. "What do you want to wear today baby?"
You look up at your outfits hanging in the closet and tilt your head. "Hmmmmm papa pick!" You put your hands up in the air and giggle. Izuku smiles at you, ruffling up your hair with his hand.
"Alrighty baby, let's see..." He flicks through the closet and pulls out one of your outfits. "How about this one, pumpkin?"
Izuku holds up a pair of blue Jean overalls with a green hoodie to go underneath. The green is almost the same colour as Izuku hair. You giggle as you make your way over to the bed and sit on top.
"Alright baby, arms up!" You put your arms up in the air and Izuku pulls off your pj top. He slips the hoodie over your head, and helps you put your arms in the sleeves. "Okay little one, stand up for papa!" You slip down off the bed and stand up, placing your hands on either of Izuku's shoulders for balance as he pulls down your bottoms. You lift up one foot at a time and Deku slides your pants over your feet. "Okay baby, button time!" You smile as you watch your daddy button up the straps of your overalls. "All done! Good job little one!"
"Hehe, tank chu papa!" You give Izuku a big hug as a thank you and he gives you a kiss on your cheek.
"You're welcome little one. Now, can you go get the hair brush while papa gets dressed?" You nod you head and run towards the bathroom. "Walk please!" Izuku calls from behind you.
"Otay papa!" You slow down to a fast walk, but really it's still running. Grabbing the hairbrush from the bathroom, you head back to the bedroom where your papa has already finished.
You sit back up on the bed and your papa sits next to you. "Thank you baby." He says as he takes the hair brush and brushes your hair gently.
Once you're both all ready, you both head downstairs for some breakfast. Todays breakfast is toast! Izuku places a plate in front of you with your toast cut up into bite sized pieces with your favourite spread on them.
"Here you go little one, and here's your apple juice." He hands you a green sippy cup that has your papas hero outfit patterns on it.
"Hee tank chu papa!" You happily munch away at your food and soon enough it's time for you and your papa to leave.
"Okay baby, time to put our shoes on!" Izuku crouches down in front of you and you place your hands on either side of his shoulders again. You lift your foot and Izuku slides your shoe on, however, something doesn't feel quite right. Your sock is all bunched up under your toes!
After your other show is on deku stands up to put on his own, but stops when you let out a whine.
"Hm? What's wrong little one?"
You stick out your leg. "Papa fix!" Izuku looks at your shoe before pulling back the velcro strap and tightening it up.
"There, all better!" Izuku turns and slips on his own shoes and puts on his jacket.
"No papa! Fix pease!" You stick your leg up again. You're unsure how to tell him why your shoe is wrong. It's just feels so uncomfortable and it makes you feel really weird.
"Baby papa just fixed your shoe. Is it too tight?" You shake your head 'no' and shake your foot around. You wiggle your toes and the feeling of the fabric bunched around your toes makes you want to jump out of your skin. Your eyes start to water and you plop down onto the floor, sitting on your bum.
"Hey hey shhh, what's wrong baby?" Deku asks as he crouched down in front of you. You sniffle as you wipe your eyes,
"Feels wong!" You point at your foot.
"Okay let papa see." Izuku takes your shoe off and notices how bunched up it is. "Oh is this it, little one?" He fixes your sock and pulls it up so that it's not falling off. You nod and Deku smiles before slipping your foot back into your shoe again. "Does that feel better little one?" You nod your head again and when Izuku stands up, you raise your arms and make grabby hands for him to pick you up.
He lifts you into his arms and lets you rest your head in the crook of his neck. "Shhh little one, it's okay. Papas sorry he didn't know." He rubs your back soothingly and shushes you until you calm down completely.
After a few minutes you're feeling a lot better. You smile at your papa and throw your arms in the air. "All betters!"
Izuku smiles and chuckles before giving you a kiss on your nose. "All better."
He sets you down on the floor and you're both ready to head to the mall where you're allowed to pick out a brand new stuffy friend and a new toy to go along with it.
