Okay, let's start from the beginning of the day.

I woke up in my bed with a headache, my alarm clock whining incessantly. I slammed my hand down on it and it stopped. I removed the comforter off my body and sit up. I stretched my sore muscles and got out of bed and into my bathroom.

After a  refreshing shower and change of clothes, I head down to the kitchen where I saw my mom. She had her back towards me, chopping something up. I guess she felt my presence because she turned around.

When my mom's eyes found mine, I was hit with a massive headache. My left hand hold me steady to the railing as I nearly fell off the stairs. I squint my eyes shut.

I woke up in my bed with a headache, my alarm clock was dead silent.

Weird...

I removed the comforter off my body and stretched my sore muscles. I got out of bed and into my bathroom.

After I had washed my face and brushed my teeth, I change into my normal set of clothes. I head down to the kitchen where I saw my dad at the kitchen table, reading his newspaper. Breakfast was already made and was placed in front of him.

I guess he felt my presence because he looked up and gave me a small smile.

“Hey kiddo.” he greeted as I sat down across from him. “Your mom had to go to work early.”

I nodded in understanding and pulled the plate full of pancakes towards me. Mom is always busy nowadays. She's rarely at home in the mornings and when she gets back, goes straight to sleep.

As I ate, I stare out of the window of the kitchen. Something attracts me to it. Like a moth to a flame. I stared at our backyard through the window. There was a large tree in our backyard and a rope swing was attached to a branch.

The scenery outside flashed into pure black and I could hear a faint ringing in my ears.

“Hey” Dad's voice pulls me back to reality. “You're gonna be late to catch the train to school,” he said.

I looked at the clock on the wall. 20 minutes before the train arrives. The walk to the train station takes around 10 minutes.

I finished my breakfast and place the plate in the sink. I said my goodbyes to dad and head out.

The train station was full of students from my school. They were chatting in groups, probably gossiping about some drama that happened at school. Some outcasts were glued to their phones and listening to some music.

I am one of the said outcasts.

While walking to my usual waiting spot, I accidentally bump into somebody. Their books fell onto the floor.

“Ow,” A girl's voice cried out. I look towards her and our eyes lock onto each other.

She had blue doe eyes with blond hair to compliment it. She was wearing a white tank top and an unbuttoned plaid long sleeve with jean shorts.

“H-hey, are you fine- I mean- are you alright?” I stumbled on my words.

“Y-yeah” she replied, not taking her eyes away from mine.

My head suddenly throbs. It's like it's glowing from right above my right eye. I shut my eyes tight from the pain

The train station wasn't as full of students as usual. The ones that were there were buried deep in their phones, scrolling mindlessly.

While walking to my usual waiting spot, I catch a glimpse of my reflection in the window. Well, there wasn't anything in the window. My surroundings were there except for me. It was a horrifying sight. I stared at the window.

While I was starting somebody runs into me. I pulled away from the window so fast that I could have had whiplash.

I saw a petite girl desperately trying to pick up some paper off the floor. She was wearing a white t-shirt below a cardigan with jeans. I could see she was wearing thick rim glasses.

I took a piece of paper that was near my feet. When she was done collecting the other paper I handed the last piece of paper that was in my hand.

Both our eyes locked on each other. There was something magical in her blue eyes. Like a magnet.

She was the first one to look away and grabbed the piece of paper from my hand. She uttered thanks and speed away.

I look to where she was going and saw a group that was waiting for her.

Then I realised that the train had arrived.
