A few Minutes after her battle with Repulse she was supposed to be treated by Nightingale but she treated Repulse fist until there master return with injured servants and because of this Bedivere had to treat her injuries instead since he practiced first aid with Nightingale
But Unknown to them both she is one of the servants that was helping Repulse in the operation to make them both confess there feelings to each other and the incident that some of the servants that were injured was fake
as Bedivere kept treating Renown's injuries Renown could feel the heat on her cheeks due to Bedivere is close to her while Bedivere is treating her
and then Bedivere asked if she is sick, With Renown saying it's nothing and then Bedivere kept treating Renown's injuries
And as he completed treating Renown, Renown Thanked Bedivere and the 2 part ways
As Renown left and heads to her room to see her sister Repulse suddenly appeared and dragged Renown to the Cafeteria and the same happened to Bedivere as Lancelot drags him to the cafeteria to
and as the two are dragging Renown and Bedivere they asked what is going on and the two dragging them explained that Artoria and her other versions are hungry and Boudica and Emiya(Archer) can't cook is because they got into a accident in the kitchen injuring them and they are currently being treated by Nightingale
And as they opened the cafeteria Renown and Bedivere saw Artoria and her other version crying like a baby as they are begging for food and with no other choice Renown cooked the food so they could eat with Bedivere helping her since Renown teach him how to cook food to and needless to say they managed to feed Artoria and her other versions with a smile on there faces while they are cooking
And as Repulse and Lancelot saw this, Phase 1 is already completely, and Phase 2 is about to begin
A few hour later
We could see Renown lying on the bed after she cooked a lot of meals to feed Artoria and her other versions until suddenly Repulse came inside and gave her a letter saying it belongs to Bedivere and so Renown reads it saying that he wanted her to meet him at the Cafeteria and so she headed there
and during that time Bedivere also received a letter from Lancelot saying it was from Renown and so he also headed to the cafeteria
and as they both headed to the cafeteria they saw this
