Hange's POV

it was just a normal day again, i had to visit him at the hospital to apologize for my behavior last time.

i still respect him because he is my grandpa.

i bought his favorite fruits and my grandmas favorite flowers and then i went to the hospital.

as i was walking through the hallway i was smiling.

'maybe this time i can forgive him like i did to other people, it's time to clear things and spend my time with my grandpa i was thinking about that thing because i was ready to forgive him and fix my relationship with my grandpa.

"hey" i said annoyingly when someone ran into me like i was an invisible human being. it made the flowers dropped on the floor

i looked at it, it was a nurse and they were panicking. two doctors were running to a room "must've been an emergency" i said and i realized that they were running towards the room where my grandpa was and i started panicking.

i ran as fast as i could.

i started crying. i have never experienced this situation before. when i was young my parents were in a accident they didn't survived the accident so i was just a young girl alone and then my grandma let me stay with her, i was far away from her when she was struggling and fighting for her life so didn't know what to do with my grandpa's situation.

i went inside the the room i was right, the doctors were pumping an oxygen to my grandpa i dropped my things and was shock when i saw my grandpa being helped with the health workers. my eyes were teary.

one of the nurses said " she is Ms. Zoé the patient's granddaughter." i was out of the blue.

until I realized that the health workers were calling me many times.

"what happened?" i asked still crying.

"he had a cardiac arrest, and was struggling to breathe" the doctor said.

"is he gonna be okay?" i asked my voice cracked and i cried very hard.

"we are trying our best to make him alive Ms. Zoé" the doctor said.

"yes i know, please save him" i said crying again.

i forced myself to see my grandpa again but they said i wasn't allowed to go inside.

"sorry Ms. Zoé, you can wait outside" the doctor said.

i was being impatient waiting. i was walking non-stop. i sat to the bench i was stressed out and i started crying again.

'love, i need you im scared'

a few minutes later.....

the doctor finally went out of the room.

i cried when the doctor said.

"he is stable and safe Ms. Zoé. He was fighting for his life as soon as he woke up he was finding you and he was crying and then he was unconscious it was because of the medicine we gave him. for his heart rate to go back to normal."

i cried so much.

i hugged the doctor " thank you so much, i cannot explain how much i am grateful" i said.

"you can go inside Ms. Zoé, i bet he is waiting for you" the doctor said.

i smiled and wiped my tears.

i bet my eyes are swollen right now, my eyes are so heavy.

i went inside and picked up my things.

he was stable but he was still unconscious.
