Dear Notebook,
Its me Cassie. I just bought you because i was told by my therapist that i needed to start writing down my feelings. Here i go. I'm Cassie, i am fifteen years old and i am a freshman at my school. I am also a genderfluid pansexual, but i have in total 7 mental illnesses. I have ADHD, eating disorders, panic disorder, ocd, ive tried suicide many times, depression and self harm.
I am normally really quite and i dont usually share my feelings.
But i guess this is a good start.
