You hesitated, because you knew that whatever would come out of his mouth you were going to forgive him for and go back with him.
Maybe you were okay with going back...
Or maybe you weren't.
Time will tell.
————He didn't speak about anything that night. It upset you at first because you obviously thought that he would explain why he did everything.
But he didn't.
Instead you guys got comfortable in you black leather couch and watched animes like you used to back then.
You guys talked, smiled, and laughed the mention of the memories you two shared.
The night was so prefect that you had forgotten about all the sadness and all the pent up anger you've built up.
—————
It was Saturday morning, and it's been 3 days since you've last spoken or seen Lucifer. He hasn't shown up to your apartment unannounced or has done anything you know he would do.So here you were, munching on some chip while catching up on your favorite show. You felt relaxed and happy, since you didn't have to go to school, which was such a bother since you didn't need to go in the first place, because you already had the credits to graduate. But to seem normal at this age, in a small town like this you have to fit in and seem normal. Just a couple months and this is over.
You were already 18 but when you came here you had to enroll in school because it would seem suspicious for a 17 year old to be parent less and not go to school.
———Just then it hit you that you had to go grocery shopping to get some items you needed. Sighing you got up from the spot you were originally sitting in moments ago and put away your chip in the pantry.
You put some shoes on, tried to fix your hair. Key word tried. And grabbed your car keys and wallet and headed out the door.
————
Pulling up to a free parking spot you turned off your engine and hopped of your car with some reusable bags in your hand. Gotta save the environment.
You walked inside the store and grabbed a cart and set your things down on the front seat of the cat, where normally a child would go in.
Imagine having a child, you thought. Shaking your head at the idea you started pushing your cart and began shopping.
-------
"Cookie dough...strawberry...cookie dough...strawberry" you mumbled to yourself.
"I'll just take both" you shrugged with a grin on your face. Now what else do i need, you thought to yourself. Thats when you remembered you needed some body washes since you ran out of your favorite one.
Making your way there you noticed no one was in lines to check out or around there either. Weird, you thought. You shrugged and just thought about how you didnt have to wait the long lines there normally were.
Entering the body care isle you looked through the variety of selections of body washes they had and couldnt help the thought of just taking them all instead of spending an eternity deciding which one you wanted to buy the most.
After a good 10 mintues passed you found your self not being able to decided between a mango scented body wash or a vanilla scented one. Putting one hand on your hip and the other hand on your chin you looked between both washes. "Decisions decisions" you mumbled.
"I personally like the vanilla one" you heard someone say. Your head quickly snapped to where you heard the voice come from and it didnt suprise you to see him there.
