Gossip Line

Ronan Lynch is dead.

        "RONAN YOU ARE SO DEAD" Gansey yelled as he lifted his torn up loafers. "I'm sorry I didn't realize Chainsaw was chewing on them" Ronan said holding back his laughter. "These were my favorite shoes you jerk" Gansey said pouting. "I don't know, I think Chainsaw did you a favor, they were so ugly" Ronan said breaking out in laughter. Gansey couldn't help but laugh along. Something you need to know about Ronan and Gansey is that they are practically inseparable. Anytime they stepped into a room, all eyes were on them. One a walking ball of anxiety. The other fearless as can be. They were an odd pairing that just happened to compliment each other. Gansey came from a family of politicians which often confused people of his compassionate and vulnerable personality. Ronan on the other hand, nobody knew him completely, not even Gansey.  He was a force to be reckoned with which made many people avoid him at all costs. The unlikely pair was used to whispers following them everywhere they went but in the end they held the power. 

        "Ronan you might want to see this" Gansey said looking at his phone flabbergasted. "Gimme that" Ronan said snatching his phone from his hands. 

       Ronan Lynch. The noise that goes bump in the night. The shadow that follows you in the dark. An impenetrable force. A stalker. Following Adam Parrish,  Aglionby Academies very own rags-to-well...minimum wage story. What's the motive and what's his next move?

       Ronan just stared at the phone as he tried to come up with a quick excuse. "This is bullshit, just another loser crying out for attention" Ronan said handing Gansey his phone back. Gansey just watched Ronan for a few seconds before he shrugged and walked away to the kitchen. Ronan had just lied to him for the first time. Ronan was many things but he had never been a liar. Gansey knew he was lying because he caught him watching Adam Parrish. Ronan kept leaving the dorm at 11 pm everyday. Of course Gansey became curious, right? So he followed after him one night. They traveled 20 minutes away to a hick town car garage. But the odd thing was Ronan parked down the street where the garage was visible but not close enough to be seen.  Gansey stayed to see when Ronan would exit his car but he never did. Thirty minutes became an hour then that became two. Finally a boy walked out of the car garage wiping his hands with a rag. Soon after the boy left the car garage, Ronan did the same and began driving home. The boy at the garage was in fact Adam Parrish. But how did someone else know that?
