Part 7: What are we?

It was 30 minutes ago I kissed Ashtray.
It was 30 minutes ago I felt loved.
It was 30 minutes ago I was at my happiest.
It was 30 minutes ago when I was last clean.

I found myself in the same place over and over again. I was walking in circles, was it a mistake to kiss Ash?

After the kiss:

I pressed my lips against Ashes and he pulled away, "what was that?"
"I- I- I um thought" I stuttered on my words while looking into Ashes eyes. He frowned and I pushed him from on top of me, got me phone and started to run out the house, "No y/n it's oka-" I slammed the door behind me and just ran. I didn't know where but I ran.

Back to present:

I found myself sat on a curb on the same street I kept  walking to. "Y/n?" I turned my head; I saw a girl my age about to walk past me. "Maddy?" Maddy smiled at me and sat down on the curb next to me.

"What's wrong?" Maddy was my cousin and always wanted best for me and I knew I could share anything with her.
"I like this boy but I think I messed up," I said in between my sobs. "What do you mean, you think?" Maddy put her arms around me. "I kissed him but I've only known him for just over a week."

"Well clearly you must like this boy and clearly decided to be a fucking cunt about it," Maddy smiled at me and I laughed a bit. "If you don't mind me asking who is this boy." I looked up at Maddy.
"Ash..."
"Your joking?"
"No"
"Fez's Ash?"
"Yeah but he can be really sweet and-" Maddie cut me off. "Y/n your my cousin and I don't want you with drug dealers," Maddie gave me her full concern. She has always tried to get me to do whats best but the words are gonna slip... "Maddy I think I love him. Yes it's only just been around 2 weeks but I really like Ash and he brings out the best in me. You may not be able to see this right now. I've clean for a week and I know it may not sound long but I really have been doing better and I'm glad I've got someone like him in my life but I'm afraid making a move will have ruined it." I dug my head into my arms.
Maddy sighed, "then show him that you love him, go talk to him. Or you could just show him the most baddest bitch version of yourself and act like you couldn't give two fucks about him." I laughed, "I'll choose the first one thanks." Maddie said her goodbyes and left to Nate's.

I headed to the nearest park yet as I walked to the gates I realised Ashtray was already there on the swings. I sighed and sat next to him, "I'm sorry about earlier I freaked out."
"No I'm sorry. I do really like you Y/n I really do. Your constantly on my mind and all I think about every night and day. Your so beautiful and I don't know why I acted the way I did earlier but it was stupid. Like really stupid." Ash stood up and so did I. "I really like you too Ash but I didn't know if showing you that would've been easier than telling you." Ash wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me in to kiss me. Once he pulled away he smiled at me, "I think showing it would be better." I smiled and pecked him on the lips. "Me too."

I decided to stay at Ashtray's again that night. We watched a movie called after which was really good and right now we are laid in his bed, I ran my hands over his abs. "What are we?" I looked up at Ashtray. "Mmmm?" Ash mumbled. "What are we Ash?" I asked. "What ever you want us to be, gorgeous." I smiled at what he called me, "Mkay, night ashtray." Ash messed up my hair and we both laughed. "Don't call me that you spanner, night."
