Chapter 6 || Our hearts beat as one

Michael POV

Saturday, 10:47 am

Me and Jeremy have the dayshift over the weekend. So both of us get to be stationed together. Fritz, and a few of the other employees are out up front. Me and Jeremy are washing dishes.

"Mike you have like 20 plates to wash, I'm almost done. Do you want help?" Jeremy says, I look at him, "Nah,, I've worked at this hellhole of a franchise for basically my entire life. I know that if I do dishes slower I don't have to sweep" I say, smiling. Jeremy sighs and dries his hands, walking off. "Nice ass-" I say, Jeremy turns around and walks back over to me, "No flirting at work- you know I love you more than anything but I don't want to be bullied by our co-workers" Jeremy says, smiling at me, I smile back, "I know,, I know,, but you have a nice ass-" Jeremy slaps his hand over my mouth, "Shush" he says. I gently kiss his hand and he pulls it away, "If you're gonna kiss me do it right" He smiles, pecking me on the lips before walking off. I smile, continuing to wash the dishes. I hear laughing from a familiar voice and freeze up. Turning twoards the voice, "Hey Fritzzzz--" I say, smiling awkwardly. "So you and Fitzgerald?" He says, laughing, "Uh-" I say, "Jeremy. His last name is Fitzgerald" Fritz says, I feel my face heat up. "If you say a word about this to anyone I will KILL you." I say, looking away from him. "I won't, fazbears can't handle another lawsuit don't you think?" Fritz says, knocking all of the dishes into the sink. "What the fuck dude??" I look at him, annoyed. "Oh c'mon, am I not allowed to bully my best friend?" Fritz says, smiling, "Just because you didn't leave when the accident happened dosent mean you're my best friend--" I say, he cuts me off, "That's mean." He says, crossing his arms. "Sorry dude,, we just barely talk anymore" I laugh, he laughs too,

"Well obviously, I ACTUALLY do my job, then I go home to my lovely lovely fiancé!" He says, spinning around. I freeze up and look at him, "You're getting MARRIED???" I say, smiling like an idiot. "Yeah!! Our weddings in like 4 months so we haven't sent out invites yet but-" I cut him off and hug him. "That's amazing!!! Congrats loser!" I say, smiling, he hugs me back and smiles, "Yeah,, they're really sweet, you remember that mars kid?--" He says, my jaw drops, "YOU'RE MARRYING MARS???" I smile, he nods, "That's amazing!!! Congrats lil' dude!" I smile, "Just because I'm shorter than you dosent mean you can call me 'lil dude'--" I cut him off, "Yes it does now shut the fuck up" I say, smiling, walking back to finish the dishes.

Jeremy POV

Saturday, 5:46 pm

Me and Mike were in the backseat of the car, we were going on a road trip, Henry and William were in the front. Music was blasting and me and Mike were drunk, laughing about something- Henry was looking out of the window and William was driving. "Oh oh!! Mike do you remember- that-that one time when we were working the nightshift together and Bonnie almost broke your shoulder???" I say, laughing, Michael laughs and nods, both of of could barely breathe, Henry was smiling and looking over at William, who was giggling a little. Michael sees a dog outside of the window and yells "DOG!!" I turn over to look and smile, "DOG!!" I yell aswell, Henry looks back at us, "What breed of dog is it?" He says, smiling at us, "Its one of those fucking ugly crusty white dogs!" Michael says, laughing, im laughing too, leaning on Michaels shoulder.

20 minutes later

William is focused on driving, Henry looks in the rear view mirror to me and Mike. He turns around to look at us, "Mike! Stop giving Jeremy hickeys you have WORK tomorrow!" He says, William bursts out laughing. I have my arms and legs wrapped around Mike and he's giving me hickeys,, we downed alot of water like 10 minutes ago so neither of us were that drunk anymore. Henry didn't know that. "Henry if you don't shut up I'll start moaning" I say, looking at him, laughing a little, Michael laughs too. Henry rolls down his window and William is laughing and driving.

Michael pulls away from my neck and looks over to where William was, then back at me "I'm gonna piss him off" he says, looking back at William. "Hey dad, dad, dad" He says, laughing, "Michael don't start with this shit." William says, still laughing a tiny bit. "Dad, dad are we there yet" Michael says, laughing a little, I repeat him, "Yeah, William are we there yet?" He looks really annoyed, looking over to Henry. "if you two dont stop we aren't going to the gas station-" "CAN I BUY CONDOMS???" Michael yells, Henry bursts out laughing, William sighs, "Yes. You can buy condoms--" William sounded dissappointed, I look at Michael, "What for?" I smile at him, he looks at me, "I have a running joke in the family that if we go to a new place on a road trip I'll leave a 'used' condom in the room to piss people off- it's never actually used its just coffee creamer" He says, smiling. I laugh a little, "Thats so mean!!" Henry and William are talking about how much its gonna be for us to stay for that night.

Michael POV

Sunday morning

I wake up in a hotel, it was only 4 am but the drive was long and we had work,, I gently shook Jeremy awake, "Mmh,, what do you want..-" He says, yawning and rubbing his eyes. "C'mon,, we gotta get up.." I say, Jeremy whines and sits up. I gently play with his hair and he leans into my touch. I smile and he moves to sit in my lap, I smile and wrap my arms around him. Giving him a gentle kiss, he kisses back and wraps his arms around my neck. I pull him closer and he smiles. The light clicks on and both of us pull away, looking at the door. "Its 4 am. Stop fucking and get your shit, you can do that later" William says, walking out of the room and both of our faces go red. He moves off of my lap and grabs his bags, I grab mine and we walk out. We put our stuff into the back and sit in the backseat. Jeremy leans on my shoulder while we wait for Henry and William. Once they got into the car me and Jeremy cuddled the entire time. Leaving little kisses on my face and neck,, I wish we could just spend time together. Just us,, nobody else. Just to keep him in my arms..to mark him up and-- no. Not right now. I hold him tighter, eventually both of us fall asleep.

2:36 pm

 We wake up in my bedroom. I guess father didn't want to wake us up.. I smile, kissing Jeremy and holding him close. "I love you so much.." I whisper, he smiles and whispers "I love you too Mike.." I smile, kissing him on the head, smiling. He's all I need, and all I want.

Also uh,,, I forgot creamer.. so we just improvised ;)
