"You did this Y/N! This is all on you!"
Ah yes the same phase I've heard my entire life. I move my head out the way just as a glass gets thrown at my head
"Just because you live here doesn't mean you get to ruin my life!"
That voice is coming from my older sister Melody. Don't let the name fool you. Instead of a sweet beautiful singing mermaid she's a terrifying siren
"It's your fault they're dead! Your fault" she throws another glass at me but I catch it. As I was about to say something I hear a knock at the door. Just as I grab my bag Melody grabs my arm
"I'm not finished talking to you!"
*Third Person POV*
Y/N looks at Melody's hand and slowly looks up at her. She gasps as she sees her younger sisters eyes turn from a soft E/C to a dark red. She immediately lets go and without a word Y/N walks to the door leaving Melody shocked

I open the door to see the one person who puts at ease
"Hey Mase" I say as my eyes meet with my childhood bestfriend Mason. He doesn't say anything to me just gently grabs my arm and walks me to his car. He opens my door in a swift motion of seconds
"Did you sense I was upset or you just knew?" I asked him once he starts driving
"Both. I could just feel something was off" he mutters as he pulls up to his apartment
"Isn't Carter still staying with you?"
"He is but he and Connor went to France"
"Did you two get in a fight or something?"
"Something like that"
Carter and Connor Griffin. Twins who grew up with Mason and I. Carter and Mason are gay and they've been together for a while now
Mason lets me in the apartment and I throw my bag on the couch
"Here" Mase said and I turn around to see him handing me a cup. I take it hesitantly
"It'll make you feel better"
"But nothings wrong with me" I say as I take a sip of the liquid. I instantly feel relaxed
"Told you" he says and he walks to the front door. Just as he unlocks it there's a knock on the door. He opens it
"Hey Arny" he says and I walk to the door
"Hey Mase. Oh hey Y/N/N" he says and I smile
"Hey Arny"
"What's up?" Mason asks
"The boys and I are going to a party tonight and they insisted I asked you to come with us"
"Oh yeah we're there. Right Y/N"
I stop drinking the mysterious liquid and nod my head in agreement
"Great. The party starts at 8"
"Okay. How about you and Danny meet us here and we'll all ride there together"
"Sounds good. Bye Y/N/N" Arny says to me and I wave. Mason closes the door quickly once Arny walks away
"What the hell just happened and what the hell did you give me?"
"We are going to a party with the boys and uh I can't tell you yet"
"What do you mean you can't tell me what I just drank?"
