🌻Sunflower Book Club🌻
Our first book club, Sunflower Book Club, is our biggest and most successful project. Here is how it works:
- Each member reads two chapters a week of an assigned book from another member (while their partner also reads two chapters from their book in return)
- The person who gave the best overall feedback the past month is crowned the Book of the Month, which everyone in the book club has to read
- In order to join the book club, you need to pass a trial, going above our comment guidelines and doing everything else correctly
- If you fail to complete an assignment in time (and don't ask for an extension), you get a strike. You are removed from the book club after three strikes
It is fairly straightforward, run like many other Wattpad book clubs. You'll most likely, unless you enter a permanent pairing, receive a lot of feedback on the first four or so chapters of your book from a lot of different people. If you're interested in a different approach, check out Sunflower Writing Circle or Sunflower Reading Group instead!
