Wake up

Ben was standing outside of Kaminski's, (Vic's family restaurant) waiting on an Uber. While waiting, he thought to himself how he should have gone home with Marinda. He was wondering how a day so full of joy had ended so horribly. He was leaving from Mya's and Carina's wedding. The wedding started beautifully. He was honored they asked him to officiate the ceremony. His woman was looking good as hell, and he was glad to be spending time with her.  They had been through a lot the last couple months 

The wedding reception was jumping with great food, music, lots of dancing and booze. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. That was, until they found out that Mya had been relieved of duties. That's when the once energetic party turn somber.

Miranda had gone home ahead of Ben with one of Carina's friends, who live near their house.  Miranda was drunk and very horny. Bourbon did this to his wife, and that's exactly what she had been drinking all night. He thought about, how after he told his wife that he was done seeking opinions about is testicular cancer and was taking the win, she kissed him, softly.  However, the kiss got heated quickly.  She must have realized where they were, so she grabbed his hand and led him down a secluded hallway at the back of the restaurant.

"Are you drunk?" he asked her chuckling as she could not keep her hands off of him.

"Tipsy...just tipsy" she replied

He knew she was lying but he went with it.

They were just getting hot and heavy when they were interrupted by the sound of keys.  Someone was coming through a nearby door. It was the cleanup crew coming in to finish up after the party. Ben and Miranda pushed away, to not get caught making out heavily, groping, and squeezing breasts, dick and ass. like sex crazed teenager. They fixed their clothes and made themselves presentable to rejoin the reception.

Miranda whispered purred in Ben's ear,

"We're continuing this at home" 

Ben smirked and said, "I'm holding you to that"

They walked hand and hand back to where their friends were. A little later, they heard their favorite song "At Last" by Etta James and began to dance. It was about that time the texts were coming on everyone's phones, alerting them that Mya was no longer the Captain of Station 19. Once everyone heard the news, they were no in the mood to party.

Ben told Miranda to go home that he would be coming behind her soon. He wanted to stay to make sure everyone was okay, but because of what happened, he kept drinking and was now more inebriated than he already was.

Once Ben said his peace with Robert, the cause of all the station's family trouble.  He ordered his ride from his phone and went outside to wait.

The Uber driver arrived pretty quickly, and Ben jumped in. It was a short ride to the house, so he thanked the driver and walked up to the front door with his key in his hand.

When he went to put the key in the lock, he realized it wasn't locked. He got worried open the door and quickly called out Miranda's name, but there was no answer.

He noticed that the heels she was wearing were sitting by the wall leading to the bedroom hallway. He called her name again and still, no answer. Ben continued to walk toward the bedroom. He turned the corner and saw the dress she was wearing on the floor near their bedroom door. Her panties and bra were also on the floor.

He saw the bedroom door was opened so he walked closer to the entrance. That's when he saw Miranda laid out on the bed asleep and totally naked.

"Tipsy my ass" he said out loud.
