Let's Play A Game Called Love

Chapter 1

Vice POV

"I can't believe it's Valentine's Day tomorrow." Cal said while both of us are in his room.

"and I'll be spending it alone. What a loser." He added and sit with me on bed.

"I'll be alone too but I'm not a loser." I said and laugh at him.

He sigh so i look at him as i look at his face i know he's not in the joking mood.

"Look, It's not your fault that Kacey cheated on you, Cal." I tried comforting him but i didn't get a respond.

"You did the right thing in ending that relationship." I added.

"I know. I know i deserve better. It just sucks." He answer seriously.

"Why do I always attract the wrong women, Vice?" He ask then look at me.

"You've been my bestfriend for as long as i can remember, you know me better than anyone. What is it I'm doing wrong?" He said while his eyes pleasing me to answer his question.

"You're not doing anything wrong, Cal." I stop for a moment and say "There's a girl out there that's perfect for you in every way imaginable, A girl who will never cheat on you, A girl who wants everything that you want and a girl who's  already in love with you."

"What? Do you know something you're not telling me?" He ask again.

"Vice, if you know someone you just have to set me up on a date." He happly said.

I close my eyes for a bit before answering him. I think i can confess on him tomorrow.

"I guess I can arrange that." I answer he looked at me shock.

"You're really serious? You actually have someone in mind? Who is this mystery women?" I wish i could say it was me right now but you might reject me so I will just do it tomorrow.

I take a deep breath.

"Go to your favorite restaurant at 7:30 pm tomorrow. I'll make sure she's waiting for you." I answer on all of his question.

"This is crazy." He said and laugh.

Yes I'm crazy, you drive me crazy.

"You're the best. Seriously, how'd I ever get a friend like you?" He said and laugh at me again.

"You're just lucky i guess" I answer and leave him alone on his bedroom.

"Where are you going?" He ask while I'm putting my things on my bag.

"I'm going home, Cal. Hindi ba halata?" I ask raising one of my eyebrow.

"You should say 'Bye Cal, I'm going home.' than leaving me alone on my room." He said and smirk.

"Wag mo 'ko mataray tarayan dyan, Cal. Kailangan ko pa asikasuhin yung 'date' mo tomorrow." Patuloy 'kong pag tataray.

"Psh! Then take care rude Vicey!" He said before I close the door of his condo.

Nakarating agad ako sa bahay dahil wala naman masyadong traffic.

I am still nervous what will happen tomorrow night. Maybe i better not think of it right now. I should get enough sleep.
