HER DREAM

PART 1

ROSE POV walking around the compound thinking about when my dream will finally come true I heard my mum called my name I answered briefly walking back into the house .

Mom: go and get ready we are going to the market and that reminds me your aunt called she would be coming to pick you tomorrow

rose: wow mom I am so happy mom I cant believe my dream is coming true

mom: umm so you are happy you are going to be living me all alone in this village

rose: no mum you know I love you so much and you know I have to go to school so I can be come something in life I am not happy the way I am always at home not going to school me

mom: I know my daughter but always be a good girl

rose: okay mum let me go and change so I can come and pack my load

on our way to the market i was thinking why my father left my mom all alone i have always love my mother because she as done a lot for me she was always there for me whenever i need her i am going to miss her

mum: rose are sure you are happy about going to Lagos

rose: yes mom why are you asking mom are okay with me going if you are not i can just stay i wont like it when I get to Lagos and aunty Ayo tell me that you are sick

mom: I am okay my love

rose: mom can I go and say good bye to Ife before going tomorrow

mom: yes you can go

rose: thanks mom you are the best

we are back from the market and I am preparing on saying good bye to my one and only friend Ife as been my friend since childhood we love each other so much .mum I am already going

Ife: hmm this one you come to my house

rose: dint I use to come to your house

Ife: see her

rose: I came to say good bye because I am going to Lagos tomorrow with my aunt and I am happy

Ife: hmm I am going to miss you

rose: same here and I will miss our village so much

Ife: Abi now so how do you fell starting a new life

rose: it fells good Ife
