Abilities/Powers (Optional): Command! - This ability can be triggered if Noelle touches a person with her bare hand. For the next five minutes, the victim is forced to follow Noelle's orders, akin to brainwashing, giving her nearly complete control over the person, if she so desires. This doesn't allow the person to do things they normally wouldn't be able to do. They will also, for entire duration of the ability, think that whatever Noelle tells them to do is actually their own will, convinced that it is what they want to do. Only after the ability expires will they realize they've been affected by it at all. Although believed by many to be a flawless and invincible ability, it does come with a drawback that very few are aware of. After Command!'s timer expires, Noelle enters a Payback! period, where the situation is reversed, forcing her to follow any commands her victim may issue to her for the same time period of five minutes. Additionally, after the timer expires, each consecutive use of the ability on the same person halves its duration. This is reset if the target had not been affected by Noelle's ability for at least 12 hours. The Payback! effect is kept a secret by Noelle, so hardly anybody knows it works that way, with very few people having discovered it by accident.
Personality (Optional): If one had to pick just one word to describe Noelle, it would be corrupt or manipulative. The girl holds very little regard for lives of other people, often toying with them as she sees fit for her own amusement and games. If she sets her mind on something, she will not stop until she gets it. Being a daughter of two very rich parents, she's always gotten away with her misdeeds, even the more extreme ones. She considers herself superior to everybody else, and will not bow to anyone. Feeding her already gigantic, inflated ego may help in the short run, but ultimately, nobody is safe from becoming a part of her twisted games whenever she gets bored. She has a very dark side to her too, though most people who find out about that don't really get to tell anybody about it.
Backstory: Born to a wealthy family of two busy parents, Noelle never experienced the love of parents. From her youngest years, she was left to play alone, with most of the mansion's maids afraid to even interact with her more than was necessary due to her problematic ability. This lack of proper interaction led to Noelle becoming sort of a sociopath, never learning the true value of friendship, love or life. To her, people she met on her path were not much different from the dolls she played with when she was a kid. They were expendable entertainment. She's caused tragedies before, though never once did anybody hold her accountable for that. Over years, she started indulging in more and more dangerous and extreme games, adrenaline and excitement becoming sort of an addiction.
