Celaena and Mrs. Lockwood shove their way through the crowd, a trait she has learned from growing up with an insufferable man-child with no manners or regard for anyone other than himself.
They make it through the crowd and Mrs. Lockwood gets a call.

"Hello?..... This is she....... WHAT?.... WHERE IS HE...... YES IM ON MY WAY NOW!" She hangs up immediately afterwards looking incredibly furious.

"Cora, you're sort of making a scene here..." she whisper to her angry mother as she spots the many judgmental eyes peering towards the general direction of them.

"Merlin, I'm so sorry Celaena, I've got to go, your brother got himself into a bloody mess, quite literally. I will fill you in later."

"But-" Celaena thinks about it for a second before responding again.

"Ok." She says with a sigh. She was really depending on her mom being the person that would help her when she inevitably, has a mini heart attack before the train leaves. But mom duty calls.

"I'll make it up to you I promise Celaena, I love you, write me as soon as you get there!" She shouts as she starts to jog back towards the exit of the train station leaving her completely clueless as to where she need to go. Where is platform 9 3/4?!?

"I love you too" she mumbles.

Celaena continues to walk, "You really need to specify this mate, how am I to know where the bloody hell I'm supposed to be?!" She mumbles under her breath, and turns to continue towards wherever these rubbish instructions suggest she's supposed to be and right as she turns, she look down at the ticket again and....
BOOM! A loud crash erupts from the middle of the train station; but the strange thing is, she swore she saw sparks fly from between her and whatever she hit before falling. As Celaena starts to get up many moments later, she again feels many eyes on her. Damn, whatever she bumped into is straight solid. She looks at what, or who the solid figure is and sees a boy, around her age, who seems to be much larger than herself, which explains the solidness, black hair, and grey eyes staring at her as though it was all her fault. His eyes, although a moment later, shift apologetically .
His broad shoulders were blocking most of the light from her view but she managed to see a wand sticking out of his hair. Was he a wizard too? Maybe he could help her find platform 9 3/4, that is if she was in luck and he didn't want to kill her, as it was mostly her fault for bumping into him.

"I apologize, that was completely my fault, I wasn't paying attention." She says as he rubs his head. He turns to look at her as she tries to stand up and fails, evidently she hurt her ankle pretty bad without even realizing it.

Celaena plays football, so her ankles frequently get hurt, whether she sprains them, twists them, breaks them, Merlin only knows how she hasn't lost one yet, let alone both.

"It was just as much my fault as it was yours." The boy replied while standing up. "Did you hurt your ankle?" He asks as he lends a hand out to her.

Is it just me, or is he getting cuter by the second. Nope I don't think it's just me.

Despite the fact that she was in menacing pain, Celaena couldn't help but blush as his skin met hers when she took his hand. It's likely because she hasn't gotten out much this past year, well with homeschooling, but she quickly felt so stupid, blushing over a guy she just practically toppled over.

He looks like he's used to girls toppling over him though, he is very handsome, I mean he's OK looking? What the hell is happening to me.

"Yea I think I sprained it, it happens more often than you'd think, no big deal."
