Tart is an experiment created in a lab of all of the sweets in the world into one, one of the scientists creating this candy had accidentally added something into the mixture which caused her to gain consciousness and take shape. Most of her is made of gummy candy, strawberry licorice and chocolate but she can easily taste like or make herself out of whatever candy she desires. More of a flirtatious and mischievous spirit who just wants everyone to try her
