You. Jackson. Outside, it's raining. You two were alone. Everyone from your school left to go home already. You were wondering if he can lend you his umbrella at least. You didn't have any. Then next thing you know, thunder erupted making you whimper in fear, and fall to the ground, squatting down with your hands over your head. Your heart was beating unbelievably fast from fear, and him. He saw your reaction and next thing you know, everything went black.....
You woke up and next thing you know you found yourself in a hospital bed. Doctors and nurses were hustling and bustling around, trying to work as decently as they could. You looked around the room to find Jackson, and you find him sitting in a chair in front of you, taking a nap. He looked cute. You saw a nurse checking your monitor, and then yoy asked her, "Is there anything wrong with me? Am I fine?" She said, "Your name is, (y/n), right?" You said, "Yes maa'm." She said, "Okay, just wait here, don't move anywhere, i'll check your documents for your condition." You said, "Okay. I'll stay here then."
She walked right out of the room when you were done saying that. You sighed and layed back down, staring at the hospital ceiling. As much as you wanted to wake Jackson up, you didn't want to at the same time because he looks like a baby while sleeping, and he looked exhausted from carrying you to the hospital. Time seemed to pass by slowly for you two. Just right then, when Jackson woke up, the nurse walked back in again, this time with the doctor, and the doctor told you, "Ms. (Y/n), who brought you in here yesterday?" You pointed to Jackson, sitting in front of you awake. He looked sort of confused. You gave him a 'hold on i'll handle this look', he approved of it. The doctor just then went up to Jackson, and then told him, "Okay, so your girlfriend over there is fine right now. Her heart was just in unstable condition yesterday, due to too much fear. Her heart was palpitating really fast yesterday. Was there anything that caused that? And what did you do about it first?" Jackson said, "Firstly, she's not my girlfriend, she's just my best friend, and secondly, she fainted from too much shock from seeing and hearing the lightning during the thunderstorm yesterday. She's scared of thunder. Thirdly, when I saw her faint, my immediate instincts took over me, and I just carried her all the way here. We were kind of a distance from my house, so I couldn't get my parents to take her here. My phone was dead too. Also hers. I know this because I checked both our phones to see if one of ours still had some battery left." The doctor said, "Okay, that's fine. But next time go back into the school, and see if there's an adult there that could drive you to the hospital, so you wouldn't have to go out in the rain like that next time. If the doors are locked already, then just put a jacket over her, and just carry her over here. I will now release you two now. Before that happens though, you have to fill out some forms for me, it just asks simple things like your D.O.B, blood type, sex, name, etc. Fill out two, since you're here too. I'll bring the two forms here, and just let the nurse know when you're done, so she can bring it to me." Jackson said, "Got it. Can I just let her fill out her blood type though? I don't know (y/n)'s bloodtype. I know everything else though." The doctor said, "That's fine." Then he walked out of the room to get the forms.
You were just sitting in your hospital bed, wires still attached, and staring up at the ceiling in boredom, that is until Jackson's face appeared in your sight, covering your view of the ceiling. He asked you, "How are you feeling now?" You said, "I'm fine at the moment, since the storm stopped anyways." He said, "That's good, your heart is beating normally now?" You said, "Yeah. I can breathe normally too." He said, "That's good. You're gonna have to fill out your bloodtype though on the form." You said, "Okay." He kissed you on the forehead after that, and went back to his seat to sit down and wait.
After at least 12 more minutes of waiting, the doctor finally came.
The doctor brought the papers to you two, and Jackson took one and filled it out with his info first, while yours was waiting to be filled out. After several minutes of waiting and waiting for Jackson to fill his form out, he filled yours out, except for your blood type. He handed the paper to you, and you wrote down your blood type. You handed it back to him and he handed it to the doctor. The doctor looked at it, and approved, then he motioned his hand to the nurse to take off your arm cuffs, and take out all the needles connected to wires. She did so, you winced at the pain of the needles being taken out, then she put bandages on your arms where the needles were.
You guys got out of there immediately, and then just as that happened, Jackson hugged you, arms around your waist, facing you, and told you, " (Y/n), don't scare me like that again, you almost made me believe you were about to die. Luckily, the doctor said your heart is fine now. Anyways, lets go home." You said back, "I'm sorry, Jackson, I forgot to tell you I get heart attacks from hearing thunderstorms, and seeing lightning flash. I'm just really scared of those things...that's why...." He said, "It's okay, i'll be there anyways, next time I know there's another storm like that, anyways, you're not even that heavy to carry. So it's all good." He smiled at you after that, and you two walked home, holding hands, and your head leaned against his shoulder.
