Y/N, Jayla and Yasmine, were meeting up by the mall on this saturday evening. You were all gonna meet up then go skating afterwards since winter was wrapping up soon and you all decided to make the best out of it. "Hey guys!!" You yelled to Jayla and Yasmine who were waiting by Bank that was right next to the mall. They both ran up to you and hugged you tightly. You haven't seem them in a while, especially Jayla.

Last time you saw Jayla was the last time you and Javon interacted. Yeah, maybe you guys did kiss and kinda made up, but you and him decided to stay on a break until you both felt comfortable enough to actually get back together. Besides, you didn't want to rush it over some kiss.

Anyway, you all began to get cold and decided to go inside to warm up.

After going inside the mall, there were many people there. Huge crowds were lined up to get in some stores, even by the food court. You were surprised how much people were there, but not really since it was a Saturday evening.
You, Jayla, and Yasmine walked over to the food court. You guys decided to eat before getting onto the ice so you all didnt have to get off the ice, take your skates off then get something to eat, since it would take way too long and it'll be a waste of time.

After getting your food, you guys walked over to the skating rink. It was pretty cold, about -5 degrees. (Canadian weather) You guys made it to the rink and there were some people on the ice. Only because it was already 6:25 pm. But you know once it turns close to 7:00, more and more people started coming, and the music starts playing. You three sat in the cold and started to eat. "Holy fuck, never felt this cold before. My fingers are so close to being numb" Yasmine said and the two of you guys agreed. "I know. my food is tasting cold too." You said and laughed. Your phone then pinged. "Can't even reach my phone." You said and grabbed it. You got a text message from Javon. Confusingly, you opened it and your eyes widened a bit.

You looked around and then you saw this guy skating towards you all. You realized it was Javon?! "What the fuck? I didn't know you skated?" You asked. He chuckled and fixed his hat. "yeah, yeah. I only learned to cause I got forced into it." he said looking at yousef who now came towards you guys. "what's up guys?" He said and gave all of you fist bumps. He sat next to Yasmine and you all started to talk.

After eating, you all put your skates on to get on the ice. Although you had to wait, since they were cleaning the ice. So, you were all waiting in the skating longue talking to each other, trying to pass time so you can go on the ice. "So, Y/N you skate?" Javon asked. "Well, I guess. You know I grew up in Canada so my dad made play on some hockey team whenI was 6. That was the last time I skated. So I have to get use to it again." You said. He laughed, "I can help you." You instantly gave him a smile. Once they finished cleaning the ice, everyone went on and started skating. You, Jayla and Yasmine were all skating together, and at some point, Javon would always come around to you to help you a bit by holding your hands and leading you. You had to admit you were blushing a little, but then he would leave to go to his big group of friends.

The night was going fun so far, you were getting use to skating after a while. But, something just wasn't right. "Hey guys?" you asked Yasmine and Jayla. "Yeah?" Yasmine said. "what's up?" Jayla asked. "Where's Javon?" You said looking around. After a while he just stopped coming to you guys. "Don't really know. Maybe he's with his friends. That kid came with a whole lotta' friends it's crazy." Jayla said.

You guys went around a part until these guys came up to you guys. "Hello, I was wondering if you could just teach me how to skate a bit?" he asked you. He had this adorable british accent, and you decided to just help him a bit. You were telling him to just push off a bit by leaning on your leg. He asked you, "oh! like this?" and he started to skate fast on the ice. "oh, shit. So you were lying?" You said and laughed. "I guess, I just kinda wanted to talk to you." he said and scratched the back of his head. You laughed. "Can I help you maybe?" he asked. You gave in and he asked you to hold his hand just in case. You thought he just wanted to get at you, but you found it adorable and agreed.

Jayla and Yasmine were occupied by a his friends, and they didn't mind it at all. They were also good looking and funny. You and the guy were talking and you figured out that his name was Mick. He moved from England to the states about two years ago. He didn't tell you the reason why, but you decided to keep it as that as you didn't want to get in his business.

Just as you guys were turning on the ice, Mick told you that he had to take off his jacket. The two other guys followed him and that left all of you three talking. Yasmine gasped loudly, and quickly tapped your shoulder. "Y/N LOOK" she said and pointed behind you. You saw Javon, and some bitch laying down on his shoulder. His arm around her neck, and they were just looking at each other. Your heart shattered, but you just didn't let it show. You knew you had to do something, at least something to show that you didn't care. After Mick came back, He asked to hold your hand again and you agreed confidently.

It was 9:45 pm, and before you got off, you all decided to do one more run by all holding hands and going all together. We all went back to the booth to where we rented our skates, and said our goodbyes. As we were leaving, you heard Mick calling your name. "Hold on." you said to Jayla and Yasmine. You went to him and he asked you for your number. You gave it to him and gave him a hug before walking away with your friends.

That same night, you all decided to get some food before going your separated ways. "Honestly, not to be a pussy or anything-" you went on, "But that shit lowkey kinda hurt. Like, i'll be honest, we are both in the wrong. But, he did it in a way where he couldn't even hide it?! Like what the fuck." You said eating your fries. "Yeah, I don't know whats gotten into my brother..but does that mean I have a chance..." Jayla said, wrapping her arms around your neck jokingly. You laughed. You knew she was just trying to make you feel better, but you were still feeling a bit sad about the whole situation.

Anyway, after eating you and yasmine decided to go to Jayla's house. You didn't think Javon was home since you guys left kind of early.
Making it to their house, you all went upstairs and stayed in Jaylas room. "Are you sure Javon's not home?" Yasmine asked. "Yeah, I mean we left pretty early." Jayla said. All of you heard the doorbell ring. "Shit, now he's home." Jayla said and walked downstairs, you both following her. She opened the door to see Javon and all of his friends behind him, and the same girl there as well. They all walked in and Javon lead them into the basement. There was about 8 of them, including Javon.

"Just as I thought, the night couldn't get any worse..." You said rubbing your eyes.
