We were at the meeting place. We had just arrived there. The Governor and his men showed up shortly after. It was me, Daryl, Rick, and Hershel. I stood beside Daryl the whole time.
"So; you must be Rick. I'm the Governor" The governor greeted.
"Andrea said you wanted to talk; that's all I'm here for" Rick said.
"That's right; let's get to it then" The governor said.
Rick, the governor, and Andrea went inside a barn; closing the door behind them. The rest of us stood outside.
"Well; this is boring" I said.
"Yeah baby, sure enough" Daryl said.
"Well; at least the governor and Rick or talking" One of the men said.
"Who are you?" Daryl asked.
"I'm Martinez" The man said.
"I guess you're the lead man here" Hershel said.
"His most trust soldier" Martinez said.
"I'm his most trusted aide" Another man said.
"And, you are?" Daryl asked.
"I'm Milton Mamet" The man said.
Okay; and why are you here exactly?" I asked.
"Well; you could say that I'm his researcher" Milton Mamet said.
"Researching what?" I asked/
"Maybe that's none of your concern" Milton Mamet said.
"Hey; watch your mouth sunshine. That's my girlfriend you're talking to" Daryl said.
"It's basically none of concern to any of you" Milton Mamet said.
"Listen wise ass; I personally don't give a shit about your research and nor do I care to know at all" I said, in a snarky tone.
The day went on longer. Later on; Rick, Andrea, and the Governor came out of the barn. All of us got into our cars, and we rode off back to our homes.
The Governor has declared war on us.
