The days were long and hard. Rick was still upset about Lori. Daryl and I were beside each other every day. Everyone was helping take care of the baby.
Then, a woman with a sword, showed up at the prison. Her name was Michonne. We took her in and we helped her.
"My friend Andrea, she stayed in Woodbury, where we were" Michonne explained.
"Andrea, she is one of us" Rick said.
"This place called Woodbury; it's led by a man called The Governor" Michonne said.
"My brother; he there?" Daryl asked.
"Is he missing a hand?" Michonne asked.
"Yeah, his name is Merle" Daryl said.
"Yes he is in Woodbury. He is one of the governor's henchmen" Michonne explained.
Daryl couldn't believe what he had heard. Shortly after, Daryl and I went back to our cell. We sat down on the bed.
"Are you okay babe?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine baby. I just can't believe that my brother is alive" Daryl said.
"I know that you're happy about that" I said.
Daryl pulled me close to him. He leaned in and kissed me.
"I love you" Daryl said.
"I love you too" I said.
Daryl continued to kiss me more, and it was amazing.
Michonne had become a member of our group. We were happy to welcome her.
"So, who exactly is this Governor?" Rick asked.
"He is the leader of Woodbury" Michonne said.
"Where is this Woodbury?" Daryl asked.
"A few miles away from here. Not too far" Michonne said.
"Alright. Well, we will wait and see what happens" Rick said.
"Well, the governor has two of your people. It's a woman and a man" Michonne said.
"Glenn and Maggie" Hershel said.
"How do you know?" Rick asked.
"Merle took them to Woodbury. I saw him do it" Michonne said.
"SHIT!" Rick cried.
Glenn and Maggie had been taken hostage at Woodbury. We had to get them back to us safely.
