After panicking in my head for a hot minute, I finally did as instructed and opened the small window on top and threw all my stuff first. Even my katana.

I glanced back at Gwinam who started throwing and pushing people away from our table.

“Get your own window!” he yelled, shielding the table I'm standing on.

“Gwinam, let's go!” I shouted, pulling his shirt up but he wouldn't budge. “Let's go” I shouted again but with less energy, completely grabbing his attention. I'm trying my best to not freak and cry in this situation.

He glanced with both a scared and worried look before kicking someone out and climbing the table with me, helping me climb out of the window by pushing me out quickly and forcefully.

After getting out the window, I drop down and gather all my stuff before reaching back in the window, hoping to grab Gwinam.

He then poked his head out, “Let's meet again” he said, “Goodbye”. Slamming the window close. I felt his presence leave.

Confused, I started jumping, trying to peek through the window but it wouldn't work as I wasn't tall enough to even see through it.

Gwinam... Why didn't he go with me?

Not wanting to waste time, I hug my tote bag and strongly hold onto my wooden katana.

Sprinting to the exit of the school, a lot of bloody and psycho students started chasing after me, making me go through even more adrenaline rush.

After reaching the end of our school building, I look around me and saw something like a zombie apocalypse happen right before my eyes.

Zombie-like students started running towards me. Scared, I point my katana at them.
“Back off or I'll shove this through your throat” I warned, slowly backing away to the wall.

Three turned four, four turned six.
This is the end of me, I swear to God.

I close my eyes and accepted my death when I heard a loud crash infront of me.

Confused, I opened my eyes and saw a large truck crush the zombies that were coming for me. Taking it as an opportunity, I run to the truck and tried getting in but saw that the driver wasn't a hero who wanted to save me, instead was a guy who was shaking and growling like a wild beast who I assume to be like one of those beasts from the cafeteria.

I wanted to get in and drive off the school to a safer area but now that that's not possible, I look around me and saw...

“Cheongsan?!” I yelled, following him behind as he climbs the truck. “Guleum?!” Onjo replied, helping me climb the truck with them.

Infected students then tried grabbing me by my legs but I hit them off using my wooden sword.

We then climbed up the school building one by one and when I said I wanted to escape this place, not enter a zombie spawn area. It probably was an impossible dream.

I have no other choice as I glance back at the school exit and saw people and zombie chaos happening even on the other side who I thought would be the safety zone.

Cheongsan pushed Onjo and I into the window with him following behind.

The three of us started running through the hallway but these creatures who I'll start calling Zombies started chasing us, even trying to bite us.

Grabbing Onjo's hand, I kicked one of the zombies off infront of us, Cheongsan doing the same in the back.

With almost tripping, we finally reached the stairs and we're finally on the second floor with I hope less zombies on it.

Completely proving me wrong, a hoard of zombies started attacking us. Cheongsan leading with his quick agility and me with, well, a weapon.

Feeling Onjo's hand slip away from mine, I shout her name to which was a mistake as more zombies came.

Almost getting bit, a large, white liquid fogged up the whole entire area and pushed all the zombies out.

Removing the fog with my hands, I look for Onjo and Cheongsan who were already running without me. Before I could even follow them, another group of zombies started showing up from the classroom beside me, making me run up the stairs again.

After making it up the third floor, more hoards of zombies came and I watched as more and more started biting the completely healthy students.

Not wanting to be their next meal, I ran up once more and no zombies. Taking the chance, I run up to the science lab but it was locked with a heavy metal lock.

Since there were no zombies on sight, I look around and saw an emergency fire hose.
I then opened it and started using it to remove the padlock.

Goddamnit. I need to hurry up or I'll attract the zombies from the below the floor and they'll maul me to death.

The padlock falls down the tiled floor, causing another loud sound that would attract more zombies as if ten wasn't enough.

Rushing in the room, I sat down the floor, using my own body as a barricade.

My throat is completely dry and my head is spinning in circles as I just process what's happening. It's a zombie apocalypse... that's the only thing that's popping up in my head and nothing else.

Unless they're all high from snorting illegal shit then that's even more messed up.

The vibration the door makes every time a zombie hits the door sends me chills down my spine.

I then started grabbing chairs and even the table to the door, hoping that it was enough to stop the zombies from coming in and trap me here.

What about Gwinam though? Was he able to escape or did he turn into one? Oh dear God. I hate him but I still have a heart to be concerned about someone who I once loved.
