Nothing In This World

Chapter-26

Time flies quickly is what people actually say. But for a particular couple of people two days felt like a whole eternity. Taehyung couldn't wait for the two days to pass by.

Jungkook was happy. He did eat all his meals. He made sure to follow whatever his hyung had told him to do. He was happy, healthy and moreover after many days his mind was free. He had nothing to worry now. 

Maybe later but not now.

The day when Taehyung returned home, well  it wasn't really great. As soon as he entered the house he knew something like this would happen. 

Well the only thing we need to know is that Taehyung couldn't feel his ear for the next two days.

The only thing that calmed down Mrs. Kim was a promise to not repeat this again and a promise of bringing his Jungkook home for dinner.

Yeah. Taehyung did tell them about Jungkook's confession only to hear an other earful from his eomma for not asking out the younger properly to be his boyfriend.

Two days have gone by. Jungkook's door has finally gotten rid of the lock. He got back his phone from his eomma whom he thanked with a peck on her forehead.

Mrs. Jeon smiled at her son. Breakfast at the dining was silent as usual. He made sure he ate up everything fast and ran outside the house bidding his eomma goodbye and was surprised when Mrs. Jeon pecked his forehead and hugged him asking him to be careful.

He doesn't know when was the last time someone treated him like that. Probably his father when he was in his pre-primary.

Jungkook smiles wide his eyes tearing up a bit and nods. He makes his way towards Yug-Bam's car reminding himself to pick up the latter two.

He gets into the car and starts the engine, very much looking forward for the day. Well this little bunny did have few plans to execute today.

Jungkook was surely nervous to execute it, but he wanted to.

He knew if he didn't, he would regret.

"---Yah you idiot what is taking you so much time to come out.", yells out Jisoo as she barges into Taehyung's room only to see Taehyung standing infront his mirror styling his hair for the hundredth time.

Jisoo scoffs and rolls her eyes. She pulls Taehyung out of his room and Taehyung whines,

"What the hell noona?"

"Yah you lovesick puppy it's time to go to the university. Hobi has been waiting down since eternity."

Taehyung just pouts and follows his noona down the stairs only to find Hoseok and his dad having a conversation and he knew it was again the same buisness news.

He takes an apple and stuffs into his mouth and makes his way to the main door now ushering the elder two to come out.

Both Jisoo and Hoseok mentally face palm themselves and make their way out bidding their byes to the Kim couple. 

Taehyung sits at the back as usual. He was happy. He felt light headed and there was this stupid smile etched on his face. Yes. Stupid. He won't be denying it anymore.

Jisoo looks at her brother smiling and chuckles shaking her head and smiles when a hand intertwines with her.

Jungkook drives into the university's parking lot along with Bam and Yug inside the car. All of them were laughing happily. Jungkook opened up to the latter two and both of them were glad that Jungkook was comfortable with them.
