"JUNGKOOK..."

It was so hard for Dahyun to reminisce that certain event in their lives. That was the first time she had ever heard Jungkook confessed to her, and that was the bravest act Jungkook had ever done in his life. Dahyun thinks that it was an embarrassing moment that she ought to forget. However, she wasn't embarrassed of what Jungkook did; she's rather embarrassed of herself - for rejecting him in front of both their families and graduands. Everyone's looking forward for her to say 'yes' to him as they had witnessed how the two had been saving each other's asses during their journey in college.

"But you rejected me... But I still managed to hug you and apologized for liking... loving you rather. And for me, that's the sweetest thing and the sweetest words I've ever done and said in my entire life."

She didn't know what to react. But a question had slipped out of her mouth. "Could that be the reason why you're still not getting married until now? Are you afraid that other girls would turn you down too?"

Jungkook got the looks, wealth, intelligence, personality, and excellent talent. So, who wouldn't want to date him? Well, except for Dahyun - who got her eyes fixed on someone else - who wouldn't want to date him?

"No," Jungkook replied.

"Then what?" She pushed.

"I wasn't married because I was waiting for you to get divorced. And when that time comes, I want to make sure that I'm still available. That way, I have a greater chance of being chosen..."

ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ

THE PIERCING sound of the school's alarm resonated in her ear, waking her from her nap. Her body momentarily vibrated as the earsplitting ring made its way to her ear drum. The piles of books, where she leaned a large book to cover herself from the sight of the campus librarian, greeted her. Her nose scrunched up after inhaling the musty smell of the brittle pages and old glue of the tome she got from the Business section.

With her eyes still feeling delicate, she struggled to fish her handkerchief inside her pocket and covertly wiped the sides of her mouth and the corners of her eyes - to erase the possible evidence of her discreet act inside the library.

It was announced earlier that their last period professor wouldn't make it to their class, and since they still can't go out of school premises until dismissal time, she decided to just spend the remaining hours in the library - planning to start doing her school works - alone. But obviously, it didn't happen the way she had planned it. Because for some reasons, her body is extremely tired, as if all the heavy works she had done in her supposedly dreary "future" just took an effect on her - physically.

Anyhow, a week had already past and Dahyun is doing great on coping up with her college life. She had passed and excelled in her class from her past life, but only few information retained in her mind - as she mostly stored the knowledge she obtained at school to her short-term memory only. Yet, she's still showing great performance in class, most especially because of her experiential knowledge in a real business setting.

Presently, Dahyun almost got herself banned to enter the library for a week for she almost utter a curse after she saw a smirking Jungkook, sitting across her. Her body twitched, disturbing the other students they share the table with. She mumbled a quick apology to the other students before facing the lad again.

His dark brownish-black hair is parted in two, with a few strands of it hanging on his forehead. His dark chocolate pupils are darted at hers, and the playfulness that his eyes reflect made it hard for her to tell whether he already has a romantic feeling towards her. Because at this moment, Dahyun has no idea whether Jungkook already has his feelings developed for her because she never asked him about it in her past life, and Jungkook did not even tell her when was the first time he had ever felt something romantic towards her.
